Miscellaneous Trivia
- Some of Sunny's favorite songs and characters are contributed from his English voice actor, Johnny Yong Bosch, who formed the band Eyeshine which ran until 2010.
- Sunny's hair is naturally straight and his usual hairstyle loses volume over time or when it gets wet. He almost resembles Kingdom Hearts' Riku and spends nearly two hours styling it on his own. Sometimes, he might leave it as it is if he's running late.
- Sunny's skills on bass are inspired by Youtuber Davie504, Geddy Lee of Rush, and John Deacon of Queen
- Sunny has a large collection of puka shell necklaces
- Sunny is reluctant about eating seafood sometimes; he believes it could be one of his undersea friends!
- Sunny is learning how to speak Tagalog from Cat's maternal grandmother
- Sunny can fishtail braid; he'll mostly do this to Cat's hair whenever she asks for it.
- Sunny's father is a Navy veteran
- Sunny learned how to speak Hawaiian from his best friend, Keani
- Sunny was the first OC ever created. He was originally a prince from an original story tracing back to about 2006. The kingdom he hailed from was similar to Willy Wonka's Chocolate room (1971 version) - think Candyland. The story was scrapped but his intended design came from a recurring dream.
