Bestiary - Species & Rarity
Each species in Cuties has a rarity; with several bases and more being released, it's important to understand the base rarity of each species. Whether it's for breeding or just collecting, you may want to understand the depth of rarity.
Common Species
Cat
The first released Cutie base! It can be easily identified but it's appearance and unique sit/stand angle.
Base Artist: Kiwipen
Dog
The second species to be released into the shop, dog Cuties have easily won hearts of many for their cute and simplistic shape. They can be recognized through their round feet and posture.

Horse
Horses trotted their way into the machine as the third permanent Common species! They received a second base in November, 2020. Both horse bases can be identified through their leg positions!

Deer
The fourth Common rarity addition to Cuties! Deer can be easily recognized by the way they hold their front legs together.

Uncommon Species
Uncommon Species are inherently Uncommon. They will almost always be found in the Uncommon Bin or higher, unless we are short on Commons. Uncommon Cuties require the Uncommon (or higher) base price for Customs. Uncommon Cuties breed the same as Common Cuties.
Rat
Released February 2020 for the Year of the Rat event! Rat base Cuties can be identified through their long body shape.

Lion
Released in August 2020, Lions are ferociously sweet friends that could rule over any pride of Cuties! Lions can be spotted both with and without manes. They can be identified by their pose and round body shape.

Fox
Released in August 2020, Fox Cuties are deviously delightful friends that might just steal your heart if you're not careful! Foxes can be identified by their pose, chest fluff and long ears.

Dino
Released November 2020, these fanged creatures are back from extinction and ready to be taken home! The original Dino can be recognized by its bipedal stance.

A second Dino base was released June 2020 as an herbivorous counterpart to the original Dino! The second Dino base can be recognized by it's long, thing body.

Mothie
Released in November 2020, these adorable little fluffballs are the first official Cuties-exclusive species! Mothies can be recognized by their unique head and tail shape, in addition to near-ever present wings.

Gryphon
Released in November 2020, these fierce friends will be flying off the shelves to make festive fun wherever they go! Gryphons can be spotted using their bird-like heads and front feet.

Jingles
Released February 2021, these delightful friends are a species that were introduced to the machine by their creators, Kitten-Toys and Treeling. You can always tell when a Jingle is nearby, as all Jingles have their delightful little bell wherever they go!

Bird
Released March 2021, these feathered friends are sure to fly off the shelves and into your heart! Birds can be spotted by their round shape, sitting position, and of course, their wings!

Rare Species
Rare species are inherently Rare. They will almost always be found in the Rare bin, unless we are short on Uncommons. Rare Cuties require the Rare (or higher!) base price for Customs. Rare Cuties breed the same as Common Cuties.
Whale
Released in August 2020, Whale Cuties are sure to make a splash! These unique fellows are sure to make a dive into any Cutie connoisseur's collection. Whales are recognizable by their unique body shape.

Fennec Fox
Released in August 2020, this variant on the Uncommon Fox base is smaller and oh so much cuter! Fennec Fox Cuties can be spotted using their unique sitting angle and front facing heads.

Snake
Released in August 2020, Snake Cuties are sure to slither their way into your heart! Snakes can be identified by their pose and general lack of limbs.

Shark
Released November 2020, Shark Cuties are adorable babies that (probably) don't bite! Shark Cuties can be recognized by their unique silhouette.

Epic Species
Epic species are inherently Epic. They will almost always be found in the Epic bin. Epic Cuties require an Epic (or higher!) Custom price, in addition to the use of an Epic Trait Voucher or a Tier Three Artist Punchcard. Epics do not breed like Common Cuties. Please consult our breeding guide for more information.
Loaf
Released Halloween 2019, Loaf Cuties are novelty Cuties that are infinitely stackable and infinitely lovable! Loaf Cuties are semi-retired, and new examples of the species rarely appear. Loaf base Cuties are easy to spot with their square shape!

Frog
Released March 2020, Frogs were released to celebrate the Leap year, and will surely find themselves hopping their way into your heart. Frog Cuties are a Leap year exclusive species. They can be spotted by their round shape!

Legendary Species
Legendary bases are released through Legendary Events. They typically have very unique bases that may be passed through a small chance during breedings. Legendary Cuties do not appear in the machine, and cannot be obtained through Customs. Legendary Cuties do not breed like Common Cuties. Please consult our breeding guide for more information.
Pug
Released in February 2019 for a Valentine's Event, Pugs are the very first Legendary to be introduced into Cuties. The first Pug can be seen above.

Kitsune
Released for Cutie's #1,000 event, the Kitsune base was originally Unique, later downgraded to Legendary. This base automatically possesses the Legendary trait 5+ Tails. The first Kitsune, with the Duo trait, can be seen above!
