Introduction
This page is long and somewhat dry, but we hope you have the patience to read through the entire document. These Terms of Service are important to keeping Cuties running smoothly and our community friendly. This page is subject to change as we adapt our terms to changing circumstances.
By owning a Cutie and participating in the species, you agree to abide by these terms. If you break Terms of Service, you may have your Cuties voided, no longer able to participate in official events and openings, or other penalties.
The below Terms of Service are incomplete, and do not cover Flight Rising-specific rules for the machine and other shops. For more information, please read this post.
Terms of Service
Regarding Personal Conduct
- You must maintain a respectful tone with Cuties staff at all times.
- You may not be rude to any community members.
- Approaching a community member for a sale/trade is forbidden, unless the Cutie being inquired about is explicitly listed for sale/trade.
- Do not: beg, bribe or otherwise harass a community member to give, sale or trade you their Cutie.
- Do not use the concept behind Kiwi's Cuties without permission.
Regarding Bans and Other Penalties
- Cuties reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.
- Banned Users are not allowed to interact with Cuties in anyway, shape, or form.
- Community Members are not to knowingly trade or sell Cuties to Banned Users.
- Cuties owned by Banned Members are voided from the game.
- Community Members are not to approach Banned Users to trade for or by Voided Cuties.
- If a Community Members obtains a Voided Cutie, the Cutie will be reinstated.
- VIP Membership is a privilege, and may be revoked.
Regarding Cuties
- Cuties may: be used as OCs, Fursonas, adapted into Flight Rising dragons, or used as other personal characters.
- You may not breed your Cuties without going through the official Species Artists. View information on breedings here.
- Cuties obtained through the machine, breedings, events or custom orders are all subject to the same rules.
- You may display your Cuties anywhere, as long as credit is given.
- If you do not know who the artist(s) who made your Cuties is, please ask.
- Signatures on your Cutie should never be removed.
- Trades must be properly recorded. You may alert Cuties staff of a trade, sale or other transaction through the Flight Rising thread or the appropriate Discord channels.
- Cuties can be bought or sold with any fictional currency.
- You may not sell a Cutie for any of the following: DA Points, USD, any other real world currency, or currency that can be redeemed for RLC.
- The only exception to the above rule are Ko-fi custom Cuties. Any other Cuties, won through the machine, events or obtained from breedings or other custom orders do not fall under the exception.
- All purchases are nonrefundable.
- The machine and other associated Cuties shops may close at any time. In the event that this occurs, no compensation will be given to those who have lost the ability to use any items they may have obtained.
- Cuties obtained through a free raffle may not be resold.
- Cuties obtained through a paid raffle may be resold.
