Approving your MYO design must be done before you start actively using it. The list of steps is as follows;
- Finish your MYO (make your own) design of the particular MYO slot you obtained.
- Send the file to the #approval-station channel in our Discord Server for approval (only Aremisu or one of the mods pregowhales or Otaru can approve your designs!).
- Do not forget to include:
a) link to your MYO slot on the official MYO slot tracker (hyperlink!),
b) list of traits (unless they are all common) and mutations (unless none) used,
c) if Nyanarr, what element,
d) if Kyanarr, what element(s),
c) designer of the design (unless it's you)
- Once approved and given a-go from the Gaidinian mod team, you can start using your design. You do not need to wait for the masterlist to be updated. Once approved, you can start using your design.
- Any unapproved designs may only be shared in the Discord server and must include a "NOTICE: this is an unapproved design" headline attached to it.

b) proof of Bubble Potion and/or Upgrades you using (hyperlinks!), c) what changes you made (list them)
c) designer permission proof (screenshot preferably)- Once approved and given a-go from the Gaidinian mod team, you can start using your re-design. You do not need to wait for the masterlist to be updated. Once approved, you can start using your re-design.
- Any unapproved re-designs may only be shared in the Discord server and must include a "NOTICE: this is an unapproved design" headline attached to it.
Once your MYO/re-design is approved you may not come back and ask for re-approval because you "missed a detail" or "forgot to add a thing". Any of these changes must be treated as edit approval.
WARNING: If caught using unapproved MYOs (sometimes also referred to as "off-brands" or "fan-characters") or unapproved re-designs will result in a strike!
===Appraisals===
Appraising your character must be done before you attempt to resell it for more than the monetary value stated on the masterlist entry. The list of steps is as follows;
- If it's your design, you can go right ahead. If it's someone else's design you need to obtain permission first. If it's a GA design you can refer to the list below.
- Send the masterlink link to #approval-station channel in our Discord Server for an appraisal
(only Aremisu or one of the mods pregowhales or Otaru can approve your designs!).
- Do not forget to include:
a) the masterlink
b) the goal appraisal price tag you trying for
c) the permission of the original designer (even if you redesigned it!)
d) list of personal art you want to get appraised+ PERMISSION that the original designer allows personal art to be appraised (you need to link a valid commission post of THAT time, we won't take your word for it)
e) list of commissioned art you want to get appraised (you need to link a valid commission post of THAT time or a PayPal screenshot, we won't take your word for it)
- Gifted and traded art cannot be appraised!
- You can get a traded/gifted character appraised if you obtain permission from the original designer that you can resell traded/gifted character with added value (through art and literature)
- If you obtained your character via purchase you don't need to ask for the designer's permission to get it appraised in order to resell for more than the original value (which you can do only if you get it appraised).
- You CANNOT get a traded/gifted character appraised if there is no added value since the character was gifted/traded to you!
- You CANNOT voucher or resell characters for more than their masterlist post states.
- Not all designers allow personal art to be added to the monetary value. Make sure you provide a screenshot of permission if getting personal art appraised.
