What are keys?
Keys are a fictional currency used among the Lockette community to earn myos, add-ons and other specialties in free ways.
They are not a currency related to the Lockette lore but rather a themed currency for the community and can be used to 'unlock' rewards
How do I earn Keys?
Keys can be earned in a variety of ways.
♥ Drawing art of your Lockette earns you 2 Keys
♥ Commissioning art of your Lockette from the artist of the month earns you 3 Keys
♥ Commissioning art of your Lockette from any of the mods earns you 3 Keys
(Other commissions do not count, sorry!)
♥ Drawing art of others Lockettes and drawing either of the Lockettes of the month earns you 3 keys
(This does not include being commissioned to draw a Lockette)
♥ Special raffles, giveaways or other special events

What art counts towards this?
♥ We will accept both visual art as well at literature as we do consider that art! Minimum word count of 200. This literature must also be uploaded to DA
♥ For visual art no base work unless the base was made by you, uncolored sketches do not count, the character must be recognizable, it must be uploaded and the group must be linked in the description
I was commissioned to draw a Lockette. Can I log that?
Unfortunately, since we are not allowing people to log all commissions and only from select groups it would be unfair to allow artists to log their commissions. Only non profit art is being considered at this time!

To help ease of tracking we do ask that members are diligent in helping us track their works that earn them Keys! Any works prior to this system coming into place do not count, Sorry! (April 1st 2020)
Currently, key logging works and purchasing items with keys are only available to do on our discord, so hop on over and join to take part in the species currency system!
