By purchasing a MYO slot or a Fantochi from Metanyu (dA / TH), you are agreeing to full conditions of this TOS.

Please follow the rules in the MYO sale post regarding claims total per person.
Payment is required within 48 hours of MYO claim. Failure to finish payment will result in your slot being revoked.
Claiming for a friend does not count toward your total slot claims, but to said person instead.
Gifted MYO Tickets can only be gifted. They cannot be traded nor sold for money.
Commercial use on MYOs is allowed if a fee is paid to Metanyu. It will be 40$ for a Type A/B & 50$ on a Type C.

As of 14th Sept 2021, MYO does not expire. You may submit design for any past MYO you own if it has not been used.
Fantochis must be created with the help of the trait sheet. Failure to design within the guidelines on the sheet will result in a design change.
You must message Fantochi @ toyhou.se or post in the #fantochi-art-x-myo channel with the form to make sure all traits are correct before completion (MYO drawing must be clear and fully colored).
You can commission/have others design the MYO for you as long as proper credit is given.
Upon completion, please send a clear unwatermarked file of the final design for the masterlist.

You can freely give the design new hair style, outfit, etc… as long as the original character is recognizable. However, you must specify which version you’d like to be put into the masterlist.
MAJOR changes such as traits, changing main colors, changing eyes to heterochromia needs to be approved by Metanyu.

Note: Fantochi Type change is considered major. You can change between type A and B after checking with Metanyu but you cannot change from type A/B to C and vice versa.

You can resell/gift the MYO slot for below or equivalent to the original slot price.
Completed MYO designs can be resell/trade/gift for the same price as the MYO slot; with the exception of extra commissioned art. Please make it clear to the buyer the price with and w/o the extra art, as well as giving the option to buy add-ons or not.
You may resell the design obtained through trade.
You are responsible to keep track of the MYO's original worth and extra paid art.
Rules regarding co-ownership:
- There may be up to two co-owners for a single Fantochi.
- Please confirm with Metanyu before co-owning any designs from her and her closed species.
- Co-own prices can be split by yourself & any problems must be settled between co-owners. We are not responsible for resolving issues regarding co-ownership.

Official Fantochi cannot be retired from the species.
MYO Fantochi can be retired off the species. They will not be affiliated to Fantochi, however their information will still be on the Masterlist for archival purposes only. You may not call them a Fantochi once voided unless you obtain another MYO.
No editing on the design is required when asking to void a MYO Fantochi.
MYO Voiding is only handled by the masterlist mod, Demistasis. You must contact her through Discord DMs or Toyhouse PM to ask for retirement.

Terms of Service
