Starnies are for personal use only and cannot be used commercially for any reason. The only exception to this is if the person is in fact the creator of the species (that's me. I'm special.)
Starnies are a Closed Species, meaning you can't make one without permission/a myo. Starnie designs must be approved in the Starnie Approvals.
Myos from the kickoff event cannot be sold or traded! Only regifted. NO Starnie myo, trait, item, or currency should ever be exchanged for real money! You CAN sell a completed and approved Starnie design as long as you own it and the designer's tos allows it.
Starnies are intended to bring comfort and aid to their wishmaker. For this reason they are NOT to be used for NSFW content, hate art, discriminatory, or derogatory means. Starnies may deal with sensitive topics as they come to help their wishmakers who may be dealing with some heavy things. Starnies should be an encouragement in these situations and not ever an abuser or bully.
