Hello! I recently received this character, and their bio says that they used to be part of a species, but they didn't remember which.
I've been trying to look for species that look similar to him, and I'm wondering if he's a Howltar?
If he isn't, thank you for your time!! Do you know any species that he looks similar to/he could possibly be from?
If I don't have a Howltar, but I want to follow the world until I can afford it, is there an option to just follow, or do I need to be a member?
Uh, I don't have money, don't have SC (or whatever it was) and I don't have DA, am I allowed to make something sort of like this instead of purchasing a myo or would that be bad? Idk I just like the concept but I'm poor-

1) yes howls can have hair of any style you’d like as long as the colours on said myo stay everytime u change the hairstyle of said howl.
2) stardust can not appear on the howls mask at all.
3) any tail on a pip or snake don’t matter as long as you make sure its not part of a mutation or smth like that (you wud needa buy an item for that)
4) When doing copyright characters into howls, we suggest that you submit the ML image without the accessories or hair that cud look like the character + make sure u don’t copy trait by trait the copyright character’s main features. You need to make sure its still somewhat different because toyhouse may take down thd howl if reprted.
5) markings on the mask itself is ok, just not stardust. As for makeup you need to make sure it shows that its removable/fake patterns and list it on the ML image. E.g. “These patterns are makeup patterns”
