Olwyn, a sandy and desert filled place with many different settlements that are scattered throughout, although there is no established culture here there is a strange sort of people that come here. Skyships and the sciences were all advancing here and the need for animal and carriage travel has dwindled. The people here keep a monopoly on their scientific advancements hence why the other countries have stayed behind and have not been able to develop such things. There are about 7 different big settlements and 10 smaller settlements, all near or along the river and the occasional small oasis found in said desert. They are each named after the person who founded them.
