If it's from the world that's totally fine! If it's the RevelriE code template that's in the shop, I'd prefer a 1:1 to be used for RevelriE exclusively, but if you want to edit, you're free to take it apart and use it/learn/splice it as long as everyone is credited properly! ^o^//

i think the best way to break it down in text would be:
Common RevelriE - This is how I usually draw them!
Required Traits pt1 - I do these first!
- Wings
- animal ears or feather tufts on the head
- a scaley dragon-like tail that ends in a wispy tuft (of feather or fur usually)
- Like this image (parts circled in pink - forgive the MS Paint,,,)
Required Traits pt2 - i draw these on once the character design/artwork is mostly done
- affinity mark (the star/diamond shape on their head)

- affinity shards/bone fragments - located on the base of the:
- wings
- animal ears/ear tuft
- tail - the tail one must (1) look like a spine of sorts and (2) end in a fishtail-like shape

Other stuff
- Raptor/bird legs are optional -- you can choose between raptor (the current living bird of prey category, like owls and hawks) or dinosaur raptor (the category of dinosaurs that include velociraptor, troodon, deinonychus, etc). Otherwise, human feet are OK! :D
- You can add affinity shards/bone fragments anywhere else you want!

- adjusting or changing the traits above are usually rare or special traits nods! so those are used to break the "common" rules
