Clothing Style

Kira dresses in a relatively simple, modest, and feminine style, usually sticking to sundresses or blouses with skirts for day to day activities, many of which she makes herself. When doing rougher work or going out for some exercise, she'll maintain a modest style but opt for some kind of pants or shorts, usually something similar to yoga pants or biking shorts. She always wears shorts under her dresses or skirts though. She's also often seen wearing an apron of some kind when she's at her house, since she spends a lot of time cooking or baking. When working she'll wear various types of gloves, such as rubber gloves for cleaning or gardening gloves when working outdoors. When not working though, she opts for lightweight leather gloves so she has hand mobility but could also jump into hands on work without worrying much of injury. For footwear she only wears practical shoes, usually flats on a day to day basis. For colors, she tends to prefer pastels or simply lighter colors, and she rarely wears anything too bright, vibrant, or bold. Her earrings come in various colors, but she tends to default to gold.

Personality

Kira is a compassionate and unassuming homebody who prefers to stay out of the limelight. She's not a shy person, but she would rather avoid large crowds and very social events even if they don't necessarily make her uncomfortable or anxious. She gives off a strong "classic housewife" vibe despite never being married, mostly because she enjoys tending to her household and doing tasks like cooking, cleaning, and sewing. She's not particularly ambitious and seems to have settled comfortably into her life of doing little deeds to help those of her community, and most people can describe her as a down to earth and kind woman. Kira typically keeps a very calm and polite demeanor, although she can get a little more fussy when it comes to her son, Mackerby. She dotes on him very much, but she can be a worrywart about his safety since he can't seem to stop going on dangerous adventures and saving the world. From an outside perspective, it might seem like she coddles him excessively when he's around, but she lets him have plenty of freedom to do what he likes, and Mac is always receptive to her affections (especially since he often acts like a child anyway).

Backstory

Kira speaks very little about her past other than that she was born and grew up in the city of Millennia. She doesn't elaborate on how Lord Dalia communicated with her, but it is clear that she accepted his blessing and eventually birthed the first of the true Dalian bloodline, Mackerby Rainstle. Kira raised her son mostly on her own, for few of her neighbors and friends were completely accepting of her refusal to identify Mac's father. Most assumed it was a friend of hers, since he helped her the most in raising her child. The two never married but were very close friends, and he escorted Kira and her son to Crystal Field when they decided to move there.

Kira has lived in Pullifilas ever since. She's always been a good mother to Mac, tending to his needs and always standing up for him when faced with bullying and contempt from other children and villagers who were suspicious or held grudges against him after an incident in which he was brainwashed by Vinia Demrile. Kira raised Mac to be a kind and forgiving soul, and although she would always worry for him following his adventure to rescue the princess of Crystaless, Kira was always proud and confident of her son. She also took up taking care of Mac's best friend, Mara Magentis, and her sister Mayra after they moved to Pullifilas as well, and she treats the two orphaned sisters as her own daughters.

Ever since Mac sacrificed himself to defeat Shana to end the First War, Kira's life has become even more quiet and unassuming. She carries on her life, unconcerned about money due to the outpouring of support from all over Crystaless. Although she's been able to continue, it is unlikely she'll ever be quite the same and will remain in eternal mourning for her beloved son.
