Clothing Style

Ista's outfit as an Enlightened Monitor consists of a dark green dress with a sweetheart neckline and open shoulders to the long cuffed sleeves along with stockings and boots. She has a belt around the waist, and she wears the standard black tracking collar for all Enlightened members. Ista always tends to keep her outfits practical, classy, and maturely feminine.

Personality

Ista is a mature and collected woman with a down to earth personality and a lot of playful charm around her colleagues. She is a reliable and responsible worker that is highly attentive and precise with her tasks, and she likes to keep to a well structure schedule and have everything in order. She makes sure not to overwork herself when possible though, and she gives herself enough time for recreation or socializing with her close colleagues. She comes off as a caring yet mildly teasing sister towards those closest to her, and she can sometimes be rather nosy and pushy about knowing about their troubles and suggesting solutions. Toward certain people, especially her more flighty or disorganized peers, she tends to nag them to have better habits so they'll be less stressed, and she can be rather stubborn about it and can rarely be talked out of things she commits to.

Backstory

Ista seems to be unaware that she's actually a Bellinan, and as far as she knows she's an Ela since she has lived on Elavia with her adopted parents since she was an infant. She lived a relatively simple life, excelling in her studies and often visiting the Elavian Grand Academy where her mother worked as a professor. She picked up many of her mother's studious, organized, and well structured behaviors growing up, and she intended to work there as well, although she wasn't really interested in teaching. Ista was drawn toward classes involving computers and technology, which was a relatively small but growing field at the Academy.

Ista completed her studies, but before she could start officially working at the Academy her hometown was raided by the Enlightened and she was captured during the chaos. She was brought back to the Enlightened Celarus with all the other prisoners, and she was drafted into working as a Monitor. Although she wasn't pleased with her new situation, she couldn't help but be impressed with the amount of technology available in the Enlightened compared to the Academy, and over the years she became more content with her position. 

She currently has worked her way up to being the Direct Subordinate of General Amando, head of the C.X.L. Faction, and she is well liked among her colleagues for her reliability and pleasant demeanor. In recent years, she and General Amando have been helping out Dmitri Ilych, first while he was struggling as Direct Subordinate under the lazy General Zevernelt, and now while he's the new General of the D.Z.L. Faction following Zevernelt's desertion. Ista tries her best to lighten up General Ilych's mood through the constant backlog of work he has to sort through, and she's also become fond of his adopted daughter, Mira, who was taken in after finding her in a Lylaeterian ship's wreckage. Mira thinks of Ista like a new mom and constantly asks when her papa is going to marry her (which Dmitri is rather embarrassed about and Ista often teases him for).
