Clothing Style

Neai tends to dress in the typical style of most Arborian missionaries, which consists of a black under-layer and a primarily green tunic or short robe. Since she's on the move frequently, her outfits are optimized for travel and aren't too ornate. She does have slightly fancier robes when at the missionary home base city, but she rarely is home so she doesn't wear them much. She tends to wear her tunics/robes with simple pants or leggings along with practical and durable boots. Neai doesn't accessorize much at all, aside from occasional hair ties and clips to keep her hair up.

Personality

Neai considers herself to be a rather typical missionary for the Arbyr Element, Arboria. She takes her responsibilities very seriously and tends to show no fear or hesitance no matter where her assignments may take her. She can come off as a bit stiff and serious when approached in a personal manner, but she can be a very down to earth and kind person when looking at the bigger picture. Neai tries not to become too attached to other people in a personal sense to keep the relationship from being distracting, but that doesn't mean she can't be loyal and committed to others. She tends to work best with people when it involves her work, since it obviously doesn't distract her from her goals when these people are relevant.

Neai approaches her problems and tasks logically and with a level head, and she has the patience to take a slow and thoughtful method over anything brash. That being said, she's not against taking risks and can actually be rather dauntless when it comes to facing danger for her work. She can be a touch stubborn and difficult to talk out of things when there are no other or implausible alternatives, so she seems rather one-tracked with her mindset. She is utterly devoted to carrying out Arboria's will, and there isn't a force in the Eternity that will stand in her way.

Backstory

Neai was born and raised in the heart of Arboraka, both of her parents being missionaries for the Arbyr Element, Arboria. She was brought up to be a responsible and dedicated force of nature who worked with others to help sustain and nourish it. There was no question in her mind while growing up that she wanted to be a missionary as well, and she is currently one of many missionaries traveling the Eternity to spread the Element's growth and to tend to suffering environments across many worlds.

In recent years, she came across a severely injured young man, Pyro, from Cycleandre while she was traveling through Yamila. She tended to his wounds until he was able to travel again, and they parted ways for a while until they encountered each other again in the city of Regretful Ends. Two thugs were harassing her, but the young man helped her drive them off. Pyro offered to escort her to her next destination as thanks for saving his life previously, and although Neai insisted, and still insists, that he doesn't owe her anything, he to continues to repay her for her kindness to him.

Although it wasn't their initial intention, the two have now been traveling together for years now. They have an unspoken partnership and implicitly trust each other. Pyro remains utterly loyal and very protective of Neai, treating her almost like a princess with how much he is willing to serve her. Neai is grateful for his companionship and aid in her missions, since although she can take care of herself, she's been more comfortable with traveling with a partner and can tackle larger problems together.
