In a kingdom named Cathal there was an academy for mages. Lawrence had graduated it at the top of his class. He was smart and adaptable, and his skills landed him as Emperor August's personal knight. Mage. Knight mage. It was an honor to be that close to His Majesty, but the more Lawrence spent time around August, the more he began to question him and his leadership.
Soon August gave him a mission, to hunt down a distant relative of his and take her down. Don't return without her and the sword she carries. Lawrence went to where he was told and found the girl. He trailed after her, watching her every moment as he waited for the right moment to strike. And the longer he watched, the more he realized that she was a simple, good person. To attack her would be like preying on the innocent.
He couldn't do it, but he knew August would send more people. Lawrence approached the woman, explaining the situation and offering help. He helped her with her disguise and gave her the shortened name of "Roy", and the two set out on their journey to stop the emperor.

Personality: Where everyone may have a crazy personality, Lawrence fills more of the role of the only sane one. He borders along stoic, though is not completely emotionless. He's calm and thinks things out, often dragging his group back down to reality when they need it. He can get flustered easily, however, and when around cats he does seem to lose some seriousness.

Non-Human Weapons:
- Spellbook - A book he infused with magic throughout the years. This particular book contains magic used purely for guns and ammo; Lawrence can pull any kind of gun out of it, even alien weaponry. The book can serve as an armory, giving him a gun he wants, or it can fire several guns at once. It often floats around him.
- Shooting Stars - The strongest spell in his tome, dozens of snipers of varying strength are summoned and immediately hide in the distance. It's very possible for the opponent to not even notice them being summoned. When fired, all of their scopes gleam like distant stars before showing the opponent with heavy fire. It is finished with a round of rocket launchers.

Non-Human Abilities:
- Eyepatch - There's something about Lawrence's right eye that's a mystery. He always has it covered with his eyepatch, though there are rare instances when he removes it to help his aim. His accuracy dramatically increases to near perfect, even capable of seeing thermal heat.

- His lineage is a complete mystery, even to him. All he knows is that he was born during a full moon.

- Theorized to be distantly related to the royal butler.

- Never explains his eye.

- Winchester rifles are his favorite.
