The Litari bloodline has always been cursed to be monsters.
So if they wanted him to be a monster that badly, he'd be the worst they'd seen.

All the way from the very first king there had been some invisible force preventing those with Litari blood to be happy. One had been dubbed the worst evil, one had been exiled from his own home. Early deaths were common.
August did well to change things. Things were finally peaceful. Litari was now an empire, built upon alliances forged among several kingdoms centuries ago. He maintained it well. He was capable of negotiating with those that would be enemies, managing to either get them to avoid quarrels or convince them to join him. And if they continued to fight? His empire was more than capable of squashing bugs.
For August, this peace wasn't enough. There never truly would be peace until he got rid of this curse, and to do that he would have to defeat those that caused it in the first place.
He would have to wipe out the gods.
And with his empire, he would wage war on the world and use its power to fulfill this dream. No matter the consequences.

Notes: It all started with picrew! I was trying to make an image of one of my characters, but a couple friends said that the one I made looked more like a new character. I toyed around with it for a bit until I came up with August, who goes completely against the grain of his family! Everyone he's related to has been a hero, so it's only natural someone becomes a villain!
Originally he was just a bored guy that wanted to start fights, but when I was working on an AU I was thinking about how all my characters in Roy's family have the worst luck imaginable. I basically cursed them! And the more I talked about it, the more it seemed like a more appropriate motive for him.

Facts:

Full Name: Augustine Leopold Litari

Nickname: August

Age31

Birthday: September 24

Sexuality: Gray

Hair/Eye Color: White/Purple

Height: 5'9"

Weight: 150 Ibs

Occupation: Emperor

Personality: August does not enjoy wasting time, he likes to get straight to the point. He's very serious and ruthless, he enjoys unnerving people and seeing their reactions to topics he talks about. He shows excitement in the middle of war, whether he's making plans with the warlords or he's on the battlefield himself; some people believe he's authentically thrilled by the sight of someone's suffering. Because he believes morality to be a useless concept, people consider him cruel to those he punishes, and he freely punishes people.

Non-Human Weapons:
 - Lan-Ran - A mythical weapon that had sealed away a great evil until recently. These twin double-edged swords have the capability of controlling one element at a time each. When the rose emblem at the base of their hilts are combined, they can transform into any kind of weapon, even still using the elements each sword was previously controlling. However, it only seems one of the swords will come to him when he beckons them.
- Conductor's Baton - A peculiar baton August inherited from a forefather, though he's only interested in the lance it can transform into.
WIP - An ancient lance given to his ancestor from a god himself. The weapon is literally unbreakable and capable of cutting through practically anything, it is even capable of changing forms.
- Guillotine - Two large axes he received from a neighboring kingdom. They're powerful and capable of combining into a double-headed axe. With enough maneuvering, they can even become rapiers.
- Liszt - A lyre he took from his ancestor's grave. Playing music from it helps him to boost himself or to weaken his enemies.

Non-Human Abilities:
- Musicianship - Occasionally August will hum a tune to himself or simply think of it. This will provide a barrier against mind-reading or mind-control. This isn't always active, though, since he doesn't care about music very much. He's also capable of hearing heartbeats within a mile radius.
- Duet - A siren power strengthened by his god lineage, he not only sings along to someone's heartbeat but can control it, forcing that person to be his puppet.
- Symphony - Using every ounce of his power, August will sing to his own heartbeat and be able to control all of his weapons simultaneously. This move doesn't last long, and severely weakens him for quite a long time.

Voice: Commanding and sinister; Benjamin Diskin (Lance)

Drawing Details: Dresses modestly for royalty, usually in a three piece suit, sometimes without the blazer. Biggest details are his short, white hair and his purple eyes.
