"Even though your mother and I are busy, we will do our best to support you. But as an older brother, you are obligated to take care of your little siblings when we are away. Do you get it? It's important that you need to take care of them"
- Elliot's father
Elliot is the eldest sibling of four. Him being older by three years from the middle child, his parents expected him to care for both his little brother and sister. Juggling between school and caring for them, there was an additional burden with the constant moving between two countries of England and Spain - he's had difficulty maintaining any social interaction with his classmates and often outcasted. Then an illness befell on one of his little brothers, adding a bit more stress on Elliot's young health.
"You don't have to do this, Elliot. I'm not going to let my sick body hold me down, so you don't need to worry about me! I'll be big and strong just like you so it'll be my turn to take care of Maria and Alex! You should definitely- no you WILL go with Uncle Noel!"
- Ferdinand (Second Eldest)
At some point Elliot becomes stressed, even at his age (barely a teenager) he overworks himself in studying and caring for his brothers and sister. A few breakdowns happen here or there until he decided it would be enough.
One of his favorite uncles, Noel would come and visit every once in a while, who originally lives in America. Noel was the first to help him him expand his talents in baking, as a way to reduce the stress in his life. Elliot discovered his hidden talent in cooking - often creating new dishes for his siblings to eat.
Elliot thought this would be a way to be able to leave his home, so that he could finally stay in one place and live a quiet life. It took him a long while to persuade his uncle, let alone his busy parents, to let him go to America and work at his uncle's bakery. It was his sick brother that pushed him to do what he dreamed of.
The work finally paid off after a year or two, he leaves to America during his teenage years and decided to finish his high school years in the United States. Elliot continues to study and work endlessly at his campus as well as his uncle's bakery - which part of the store becomes Elliot's bedroom and bathroom.
This was the first time he's been enrolled into a school where he plans to stay for a long period of time. Because of past events, he's becomes discouraged to socialize with others until he befriended a young girl who's helped her settle down in his new school. At first, she wanted Elliot to tutor her with her struggling math problems, but she began to like Elliot's humble character and his looks. Aside from meeting new friends, he was rather attached to Emery to a point he's developed a one-sided love.
After introducing her to his home inn the bakery, she adored his quiet lifestyle and the two of them spent more time together as friends. Not long after he started to develop feelings for her but her relationship with Hyde somewhat hindered the progression for that. Instead he preferred to stick with her as a close friend and was welcomed within her small little group.
Though they were a range of characters that Elliot never expected to work so well, Elliot treasures their time together. He keeps them close to his heart and his friends hold upmost importance to him. Baxter's role in the story is a very supportive one; his bakery is their sanctuary and their favorite place to bond together. Many of their plannings often takes place in the Bakester.
"Listen, I know you're really good at math and all that academic stuff. But is that what you really want to do? I think you should do something you love! Not do something that you just like. You get me right? I'm pretty sure you found your calling in that kitchen."
- Chanse
Elliot was satisfied with his new life in America and the school he was enrolled in. But around the time where graduation was reaching them - he was concerned for his own future. It took him several worrisome days that wracked his brain before Emery's acquaintance, Chanse had made him finally make the decision:
He wanted to cook.
Elliot, although set to become his year's Valedictorian, he gave up that title when he decided that he'll pursue a culinary career. Math and academics wasn't necessarily important - it was the love of food and passion he puts into cooking. While trying to enroll into a culinary school, he took some time off in his bakery to work as a sort of an apprentice under Faith's roof. In case his applications didn't work out, he also attended a community college just to get units of second degree that he considered.
In no time he was already getting accepted into several potential institutes that could possibly promote his culinary career.
Of course, he still tries his best to make time with his friends he made in highschool. Especially with his group of close friends that he easily calls "his family." Yet their days as an adult might prove difficult, where time won't be sparing. Elliot struggles with Emery to stay together without drifting apart to their own secluded path.
- Elliot was born in Spain, being the oldest child out of four. Him being the oldest meant that he should take care of all of them while his parents are away to make money.

- Meets Emery in the school that he was enrolled to. Then became friends with her friends... and develop a crush on Emery but too scared to confess.
