Personality

In his appearance, Enson is a man with magnificent intelligence who is skilled in both the military arts and various literary studies. Always pressing onwards to the future with a composed focus, he acts as the strategist and commander for his people. His aristocratic mannerisms and ruthless desire for efficiency only exists for his father's wishes of becoming a good ruler for his kingdom. While he analyzes his surroundings with warm sentiments, Enson is actually a compassionate man who truly considers the peace of his land and people. He also has a few quirks that are somewhat attractive, such as his polite and kind manners, and handsome features - that make him rather popular with his followers and the citizens of Cathal.

But overall, Adagio is an obedient son to his father and his inseparable aide for his plots. Next to that, he is a heartwarming, kind older brother for Ennette, sparing her from almost all of her mistakes and even doting for her innocence. He especially gets along with Aether, who often seeks him out to see how she fares over the years. Both of them share a commonality of doting the Princess.

History

Adagio Victus Vadim is the eldest son of En, a King of both Cathal and Litari. And despite the current King rules both, either Kingdom persists in remaining separate from one another as their ways of governing vastly differs. Because of this, it remains somewhat difficult for a single man to maintain rule without the help of its advisors.

Most often King En finds himself ruling over Litari more often Cathal - because the Circle City itself remains in its "Golden Period" of peace. However, whenever corruption has taken place in the vicinity because of the absence of its King, it will only make Adagio's father's job harder. Hence, Enson wished that he'd move there at a young age to be raised as the Kingdom's acting King and officially become it's King whenever it is time. Thus, this made him absent majority of the time in Litari because he is too busy tending to Cathal's control.

The story Now:

Enson is well on his way on becoming a proper King. And with the help of his Royal Advisor, Saurin and a few other notable Cathal figures - he's been prepared for anything certainties dwelling in the land. And with Ennette taking their father's place, he makes sure that she is safe by sending as much support as she can accept.

Trivia

• Adagio was often referred to his whole name (Agadio Victus Vadim) but to make it easier for his subordinates, he allows them to call him Enson.
• Loves eating scallions (green onions). Will have at least three or four whole scallions a day in his meals.
  > Most likely will eat it raw if he wants to.
• When stressed, he often seeks refuge in his Grandmother's home and having tea with her, listening to her stories of her adventures as a Princess.
• When he first moved to Cathal, he was personally taken care of by Saurin, the Kingdom's longtime Royal Advisor.
  > Several people says that he's adopted his charismatic (and perversed) nature from him. But he's actually gotten it from someone else (?)
• Born with the capabilities of using magic. He is a very powerful mage.
  > Because of his bloodline, he is capable to withstand most magical attacks. And able to perform most magics that a common mage cannot do.
• Like most mages, they use a crystal as a catalyst to perform most of their spell. They are able to perform them without it, but the crystal simply helps control or direct the spell in a certain direction. Enson has two crystals that are hidden inside of his gloves.
  > The white glove holds a purple crystal, that he uses for more combative spells. But it's also very dangerous to have when he uses it in combat. It's powers are more immense and potent when trying to perform normal, everyday spells and can possibly do more harm than help. 
  > The black glove hides away the golden crystal imbedded into him and is what he uses in everyday situations. But it is more stable and reliable than the purple crystal. He uses this in regards to more simple spells, and mostly healing his allies whenever they're in a sticky situation.
• Plays music by summoning instruments out of thin air.
  > Likes to sing every once in a while.
• Gifted by the God of Harmony, Charlemagne, he is a master spellsinger.
  > However, he considers the ability too powerful for a normal human to handle and rarely uses it unless he is in life-threatening situations.
  > No one knows about his capabilities of being a spell singer except for Aether and his grandmother.
• Being a charismatic man likely leads him to have several lovers across the Kingdom.

Relationships

Ennette [ Little Sister ]

Enson believed Ennette was a blessed child. Kind and optimistic, he thinks that she doesn't deserve to live in a world filled with pain. Though Ennette thinks of Enson as a good role model - who has most of his attention to the betterment of his city and has little interest in having sexual desire towards  anyone. Unfortunately not all of that is entirely true but he doesn't bother to hide it in front of her. Her reactions, especially, seem to feel like it's out of her obligations to protect her older brother.

King En  [ Father ]

His father wasn't too sure of sending off his oldest son at such an early age to another Kingdom by himself. But Adagio was desperately wanted himself to be familiar with the Circle Kingdom and grow up to where his father didn't have to worry about the politics there. Especially when his father is growing older, he wants to make sure he lives a happier life as a king - especially since his mother passed. It's up to Adagio to let him relax and let him do what he's been raised for.

Saurin [WIP]  [ Advisor, Caretaker ]

Since he began living in Cathal, he was under personal care by Saurin - the most powerful mage in the Kingdom. Saurin had been a longtime friend with his grandmother and has watched over his father during his childhood. And it was Ardal that taught him how to wield his magic; it would make sense as to why Enson was a master mage himself.

[Aether] [ Friend ]

Enson was the first to know out of the three (him, Ennette, and their father) to know what Aether's real identity. And in exchange of not blatantly telling everyone who he is, Enson wishes for Aether to remain by his little sister's side before he left Litari. Occasionally Adagio will request the butler personally to ask about Ennette's wellbeing whenever he comes to visit.

[Charlemagne] [ ??? ]

After spending at least of month in Cathal after moving out of Litari. He discovered the identity of Charlemagne, who only remained in the Kingdom for a brief period before he disappeared suddenly. However, the god left a gift; or a blessing of music. He wasn't sure as to why, but the speculations regarding the portraits of the late King Victus Vadim II and the similarities of appearance between him and Vadim were comparable. And according to his grandmother, it would make sense that his appearance made him reminisce the days of when he was alive.
