Whenever you hit with this dagger, you may use a charge of Misty Step (surround yourself in mist and teleport away) up to 15 ft without using a spell slot. This dagger holds 10 charges and regains 1d8 charges at sunrise each day.

ACTIVE ABILITIES / SPELLS: 

1. Circle of Death (Type: Area of Effect | Dice: 1d6 - ranged)

A sphere of negative energy ripples out in a 15-ft-radius sphere from a point within range. Each creature in that area must make a Constitution saving throw. A target takes 1d6 Necrotic damage plus Charisma modifier on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

2. Shadow of Moil (Type: Support | Dice: 1d8 - self)

Flame-like shadows wreathe your body for 1 minute, causing you to become heavily obscured to others. The shadows turn dim light within 10 feet of you into darkness, and bright light in the same area to dim light.

Until the spell ends, you have resistance to radiant damage. In addition, whenever a creature within 10 feet of you hits you with an attack, the shadows lash out at that creature, dealing it 1d8 Necrotic damage.

3. Enervation (Type: Single Target | Dice: 1d6 - ranged)

A tendril of inky darkness reaches out from you, touching a creature you can see within range to drain life from it. The target must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a successful save, the target takes half 1d6 Necrotic damage, and the spell ends. On a failed save, the target takes 1d6 Necrotic damage plus Charisma modifier, and until the spell ends, you can use your action on each of your turns to automatically deal 1d6 necrotic damage to the target. The spell ends if you use your action to do anything else, if the target is ever outside the spell's range, or if the target has total cover from you.

Whenever the spell deals damage to a target, you regain hit points equal to half the amount of necrotic damage the target takes.

4. Shillelagh (Type: Self | Dice: 1d8 - support)

The blunt weapon you are holding is imbued with nature's power. For the duration, you can use your spell casting/primary ability instead of strength when making melee attacks or rolling melee damage. The spell ends sooner if you let go of the weapon.

5. Firebolt (Type: Single target | Dice: 1d6 - ranged)

As an action, you hurl a mote of fire at a creature or object within 120ft of range. On a hit, the target takes fire damage. A flammable object hit by this spell ignites if it isn't being worn or carried.


PASSIVE ABILITIES:

1. Darkvision 

You have a cat's keen senses, especially in the dark. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.

2. Shifting

Ad a bonus action, you can assume a more bestial appearance that lasts for 1 minute, until you die, or until you revert to your normal appearance. When you shift, you gain temporary hit points equal to your level + your Strength modifier. While shifted, you can use your elongated fangs and claws to make an unarmed strike while you can't use your other weapons. If you hit with your fangs or claws, you can deal piercing damage equal to 1d6 + your Strength modifier, instead of the bludgeoning damage normal for an unarmed strike. Once you shift, you can't do so again until you rest.

You can speak, read, and write Common and Infernal.

4. Weakness, Resistances, and Immunities

Weak to Poison, Acid, Bludgeoning and Radiant damage, resistant to Necrotic damage, immune to Psychic damage.

5. Same-Type Attack Bonus

Spells that deal Necrotic damage get an additional 1d4 dmg when used.

 

EXTRA INFORMATION: DTV was overhauled out of spite and perception of incompetence that Amirah didn't want to keep. Maybe this one will do better, or maybe she will keep failing.
