A detached, unpleasant individual to be around, Sedna understands basic social skills and turns them on when they serve her, but simply doesn't care to be polite under most circumstances. Blunt and to the point, she's inherently clever, however power-hungry and egotistical. Sedna is unafraid of emotionally manipulating others and she has a temper to boot. She holds onto her grudges tightly and constantly reminds others of their shortcomings in an attempt to feel better about herself.
That said, Sedna has well-buried positive qualities that need a lot of coaxing to come out. She's deeply traumatized by her past, hates slavery, and is an advocate for freedom. With causes she believes in, she's courageous and unyielding. Sedna doesn't care what others think of her. With those she cares about, Sedna displays her affection through loyalty and quiet support.

Sedna's parents are named Lot and Lyra. She was born in and lived a peaceful childhood in a far off place called Kendal Down on the fringes of the Northern Plateau kingdom. All was well until the Northern Plateau invaded the region, killed Sedna's parents, and took Sedna and other children from her colony in to be assimilated. Sedna's potential was recognized and she was sent to a presitigious military school to be trained as a general.
During her time as a hostage, Sedna was well-educated. She also befriended Miltiades and they became best friends for a time.
Circumstances changed when they were teenagers, when Miltiades became a general for the Northern Plateau army and committed terrible atrocitie in the name of the kingdom. Sedna was rescued from captivity by her grandmother, Cassiopeia, who had gone to great lengths to rescue her. Sedna and Cassiopeia went to live in a community called Werlock to the far south.
Sedna was navigating her way through her trauma and experiences when Torah, Siddhartha, and Auburn came to live in the community and she became friends with them, along with an outsider named Fabu. Her world, however, truly turned on its head when her old friend, Miltiades, showed up on the run. Knowing about his background as a war criminal, Sedna has decided for now not to reveal his secrets, although she thinks that his choice for a cover name is stupid.

Sedna and Torah have been friends for many years. She isn't sure whether Torah is stupid or courageous. Although they have their differences, Sedna respects Torah and they have a close friendship. Sedna offers advice even when Torah doesn't want to hear it, and isn't afraid to call her out.
Siddhartha is the only thing in existence Sedna hasn't been annoyed by at some point or another, and one of the only things she'll open up to about things that are bothering her. Sedna secretly likes Siddhartha, however she can never show it. He must not know she cares!
Sedna has a mild crush on Fabu and loves his strength. Both of them are interested in promoting freedom and being rulebreakers. They get along surprisingly well, although Sedna wishes Fabu would have a little dignity and be a little more mature.
Auburn and Sedna are two sides of the same coin. As intellects, they can be found trading ideas, thoeries, and observations, though if asked directly they will only say that they 'tolerate' each other. From Sedna, this is basically a compliment.
Sedna's childhood friend, who she now hates. She thinks that he's evil and constantly belittles him. Sedna hates that Ginger is an unpredictable factor, and believes him to be dangerous to the peaceful live she's carved out for herself.
After her parents died, Sedna was raised by her paternal grandmother, Cassiopeia. She's often frustrated by Cassiopeia's various eccentricities, but she secretly idolizes her. Cassiopeia, in turn, is very protective of Sedna.
