Selaphiel acts essentially as Heaven's telephone operator. Any prayer sent to Heaven is sent to her, and then redirected to the angel best suited to answer it. Because of this, Selaphiel has gotten very good at multitasking, and now it barely takes any mental strength at all for her to do her job. Selaphiel is typically rather snarky and moody, and hates when people bother her unnecessarily. She is also very proper and ladylike. She carries with her a pair of lit incense: her archangelic artifact. They give off a light fragrance indescribable to humans except to call it "the smell of peace."
Selaphiel is called upon by Michael in order to help him find Samson's halo. She also appears during the final fight between Heaven and Jezebel's army, although she's not a very strong fighter.
God is Selaphiel's father. She is fairly close with Him, although the two haven't talked in a long while, since God began distancing Himself from the goings-on in Heaven.
Michael is Selaphiel's brother. The two haven't spoken since he Fell from Heaven, although she still comes when he calls for help.
Uriel is Selaphiel's sister. She is closer to Uriel than she is to her other siblings, because most of the others are too high-energy for her liking.
Selaphiel has long, wavy golden hair. Her eyes are a deep black that reflect no light, unless her wings are visible, in which case they glow with white crosses. She can change her ethnicity, but her preferred appearance is Colombian (this means the images under the "old design" tab are not out of canon, but I prefer their new design). She wears large round glasses and a gold and white angelic uniform. Selaphiel has four golden wings and a large disc-like halo behind her head, which she can hide to blend in with humans. Her wings are shaped like a hummingbird's.
