Where Nico is determined to keep everyone safe, Jasper knows that that is both impractical and unrealistic. The two often butt heads when it comes to decision making for the group's survival. Though Jasper respect's Nico's military might and tactics, he find him to be quite simpleminded in all other aspects, which Jasper is eager to try to make up for.

Backstory
In the Outbreak, Jasper managed to secure a spot on one of the earlier evac helicopters. However, not far outside the City, the bodies that they'd been transporting turned. They tore out of their body bags and attacked the passenger and crew, causing the helicopter to crash. Only three people, including Jasper, survived the crash. They were eventually found by Nico's group, which they joined and have been travelling with since.
Jasper is extremely pragmatic and outspoken about his views. His cold realism and us-first mindset often clashes with the optimistic savior mentality Nico has and sows unrest and divides the evac camp survivors.
Medical Professional
As a former general surgeon, Jasper is very well versed in medical procedure and surgery, particularly trauma surgery. With the correct medical supplies, Jasper can carry out most high level surgical interventions.
Absolute Perfectionist
Jasper is incredible laborious over details, particularly while strategizing or building something. He's not much for improvising and prefers to plan out every last detail, with some backups thrown in too. You can be assured that everything has been accounted for when Jasper makes a plan.
Condescending Nature
Jasper speaks clearly, quickly, and with an air of authority that comes from being well educated and snobby. He is naturally abrasive, but his confident condescendance is quite convincing to others with weak wills.
Annoyingly Unkillable
The things he's survived is starting to become uncanny. Perhaps this skill should be called "Plot Armor" instead.
Selfish
Jasper's empathy extends only to those in his immediate group. He always priotizes the needs and safety of his group first, even if that means screwing over others.
Two-Handed
Jasper has one more arm than he usually does, which must mean he's twice as effective? To be determined.
