Backstory
Seong grew up in a poor family with an abusive father. Her life was finally on the way up after she had gotten a scholarship to a state university. She'd finally been able to move out, and was living life to the fullest when the Outbreak brought all of that to a screeching halt. She travels with the survivors of an evac camp led by Nico Honma. Young Seong is full of pent up rage over the unfair hand she's been dealt in life, which she takes out with murderous glee on the hordes of undead. She's quite the threat to the walking dead, and versatile with all sorts of improvised weapons.
Spoiler LoreWhen the Outbreak occured, Seong rushed to get home to her parents (for her mother's sake). They made their way to an evac camp, but unbeknowest to Seong, her mother had been bitten, and with a knife, she'd disguised the injury as a flesh wound. Though she was able to slip past inspection, the fever took her life in the night, and Seong's arisen mother's resulting rampage spread the infection through the camp. Unarmed, Seong tried to hide until a military force could subdue the outbreak. Unfortunately, Seong did end up cornered and having to kill one zombie: her father. With a loose brick, she bashed in his head. By the time the military suppressed the camp outbreak, Seong was orphaned and left alone in this world.
Bloodlust
The more she battles, the more crazed Seong becomes. When crazed she's reckless, but powerful, with heightened instincts and reflexes. However, this does overwhelm her if prolonged, and she easily loses all sense of self preservation.
Improvised Weapons Specialist
Nearly any object becomes a deadly weapon when wielded by a beserk Seong. Her current favorite weapon is a machete she scavenged, but Seong happily and easily improvises with whatever's at hand when pressed.
Maximum Agility
A former track star at school, Seong is exceptionally agile and quick on her feet. Previous conditioning and practice means she also knows how to pace herself to maintain a sustained long run.
Beguiling
Don't underestimate the benefits of a pretty face. With her natural good looks, people's interactions with Seong are biased and they often find themselves wanting to help and protect her.
Nico often pairs the two on missions as the cool and level-headed Jae does much to temper impulsive young Seong. As a result and also due to similar backgrounds growing up in the K-town ghettos, the two have an almost sibling like relationship, with Jae playing the role of the older brother.
Seong thinks that the prissy and opiniated Jasper is a bit of a twat. As a weak fighter, he doesn't seem to contribute much, and she find him to be quite distasteful. Jasper probably doesn't think highly of Seong's barbaric tendencies either.
