When Tsuki was born, he was raised by his grandfather. He never knew his parents as they had split their marriage and left the island. His grandfather raised him with a strict schedule to work on the farm. Throughout his childhood, Tsuki didn't harbor any friends to play with. He feared the punishments his grandfather would bring if he shirked his responsibilities. Despite this, he grew fond of one child in his neighborhood and the two quickly kindled a friendship. He loved to see his friend, even if their visits were short. However, things took a turn for the worse when this friend stopped coming. Heartbroken and feeling abandoned, Tsuki decided to focus on his farm life rather than chase a fantasy with friends.

✦ EVERYTHING IN BETWEEN ✦

As Tsuki grew older, the farm work only got more extensive and he didn't have much time for schooling. However, he would stay up late to study and strived to get good grades. While he very much enjoyed a quiet life on the farm, he had a vision to escape it. A few years pass along very much the same until one cold winter evening, Tsuki's grandfather started showing his signs of wear and tear. It wasn't long before the old man passed quietly in his sleep.

✦ PRESENT DAY ✦

The young Nickit would travel to Treasure Town to visit the marketplace often. During one such trip, Tsuki met a Purrloin and a Snivy - named Izanagi and Kobayashi respectfully. While the two pokemon's stay in Treasure Town was short, they talked about the their journey across the different islands for their job, Iza was part of a criminal justice organization and Koba was a diplomat. They were from Ethovalan, however, they had a station in Onekama where they would regroup and spend a few months of rest. Listening to their stories, it sparked a bit of hope in Tsuki. Prior to this, Tsuki had no idea what he had wanted to do, as long as it was away from farm life. After some discussing, it didn't take long for three of them to start their plans to leave the island together. It was a long journey, but the three were excited to land in Onekama. When they arrive, Tsuki quickly sought out work to sustain himself in the big city. While in Onekama, Tsuki and co met Kurai, a Sableye who owns a small jewelry shop. Before they all knew it, the group eventually became close friends.

Life continued for a while longer until Kurai fancied himself into a group of Bounty Hunters called Shining Justice. After a while, his two other friends, Iza and Koba, also joined. It wasn't the first time Tsuki had heard about the GCSF, but he had never paid it any mind as it didn't align with the goals he had at the time. However, seeing a group in person sparked a curiousity in him. It was definitley a new experience, but Tsuki was ready for a change. The next time Shining Justice came around to visit, he was welcomed in with open arms. A few days later, he is taken to Kala island with Shining Justice to become an official member.

Shining Justice has gone through many changes in the duration Tsuki has been a member, the team is now rebranded to Ephemeral.
