Penn is a sentient and emotion-based robot who's programmed to be 23 years old!
His story takes place in a futuristic alternative 1988 where technology is 1000 years more advanced than the year in our world, and robotics and overall technology blossoms! Picture a type of Neo-80s/Cyberpunk/New-Retro kind of visual aesthetic! It's also known as "cassette-futurism". Basically, it's the far future but rocks the 80s era aesthetics!
He loves to collect and listen to music, go to concerts, hang out with friends, and be super social. Although he struggles with depression, he's still a very optimistic and outgoing character. His depression stems from unpleasant memories from back in the laboratory he was constructed in, but that's a story for another day! He likes to leave the past behind him and move forward, just like the rest of us! He's a true loyal friend who loves to look at the positive side of things as much as possible.
Basically, Penn is a fun loving, sweet, kind, emotional, loyal, friendly, creative, and loving robot who can do just about anything any human can!
