Vesz has a small crush on the older doggoon, or maybe just a huge amount of admiration. It is currently undecided for the little one, but he finds Miir to be a valuable companion, and someone to share snacks with all the time!
Miir works with Vesz under the employment of Milenko. He has a very "big brother" type of relationship with the younger doggoon and typically tends to watch out for him despite their first meeting being a bit dangerous~
Vesz thinks that Milenko can be a bit of a pain with all of his rules, but he knows that the man always feeds him well and typically allows him the pleasure of doing what he wants such as going on adventures and hunting down treasures as he pleases. Overall he thinks Milenko is a nice guy, though he never calls him "father" or anything.
Milenko adopted Vesz after a disaster befell the young doggoon's home village. He now treats the young boy as his own son, but still sends him out on dangerous missions given the youngster's lust for adventure. He figures that it is a good learning experience for Vesz to learn the concept of "earning a living" in the process.
Vesz grew up with Na'im, so to say the least they are childhood friends! Not only do they share a deep bond of friendship but they are comrades of war as well. While not specifically meant to fight, the boys rely on each other's skills to get them out of sticky situations as well as find the next precious treasure on their list of hunts!
Na'im and Vesz enjoy each other's company very much. They are the best of friends and have a lot of common hobbies, especially when it comes to treasure hunting! Both boys share each other's set of skills to find some of the things Milenko sends them off to find as well as the few gems they look for in their own!
Vesz doesn't understand Pip's hostility towards Milenko probably because he was too young to remember a lot of the horrors they went through during The Culling or maybe he's blocking it out. Regardless he wishes that Pip could put aside the anger and see Milenko for the kindness he has bestowed on the Doggoon when he raised him in the first place.
Pip is somewhat protective of Vesz since he is Na'im's best friend, and due to his hostilities towards Milenko. Even though Vesz typically tries to reassure Pip as well as Na'im that Milenko isn't a bad guy, Pip can't put aside his concerns for the young doggoon.
Vesz thinks that Sanya is too skinny (not in the body image department, but nutrition-wise) and doesn't eat enough food. He often likes to tease her with pranks or try to share snacks with her, but this usually results in punishment for not paying attention to her lessons. Luckily for him she's learned the best way to motivate him is through food...
Sanya thinks Vesz has a horrific appetite, but a heart of gold and a mind sharp as a tack when he's not distracted by his stomach. She thinks that he has a lot of skill under his belt thanks to her teachings. Any lock her pupil comes across will be quickly cracked with ease if he'd get his mind off of what he's going to eat next.
VeszRith does not know much about his own customs of the Doggoon race except for what he learns from Miir due to the near extinction of them in Lato. He appreciates what he does get to learn about his race when he gets the chance though, finding them to be a mystery worthy of pursuit! Any statues or artifacts beware for once this tiny Doggoon gets his paws on you he will keep you forever!!!
Vesz initially was jealous because somehow the little doggoon got it in his head that Fel was somehow distancing Miir from him. He didn't want Fel to become the favourite and so went out of his way to play pranks that only backfired on him. After a month or so the little guy gave up and decided to befriend Fel instead of constantly get himself hurt.
Fel only noticed Vesz's futile efforts to play pranks on him when he first met Miir about a few weeks into his stay with them. He sort of pitied Vesz's attempts at either hurting him or ruining his reputation as he easily outsmarted each and every prank or simply let it backfire on him like a comic act. But in the end Vesz gave up and they became friends.
Vesz thinks that Ciym is an interesting guy and kind enough to allow him the pleasure of braiding the man's hair on his ears. However, the little doggoon still associates him with his self proclaimed rival.
He is very much entertained by Vesz's youthful energy, but can find his exuberance a little annoying at times.
