Elysia stands at the height of 5'11 ft (180.3 cm cm) tall. Weighing 156.2 lbs (71 kg), Elysia has a slim built with some muscles here and there. With a slightly tan skin, the female has orange eyes with a beauty mark below her lip. She also wears white eyeliner and orange lipstick on her lips. She had long, white hair with the bang covering her left eyes that she often keeps in a ponytail.

Elysia is often seen wearing the following: a yellow tank top that covers her dark brown pants, two white belts (with one properly secured around her waist and another handing underneath it), brown boots that come just below her knee and brown pauldrons pinned to her shoulders. To complete the outfit, the female is also often seen with her white coat that hangs very loosely on her shoulders. It is assumed the pauldron are what keeping them there.

Being the oldest tablet, Elysia does seems to carry a 'big sister' role within the group. With a golden heart, Elysia has no trouble helping those in need and often puts the safety of others before herself. This isn't to say she is one you should be taking advantage of the kindness of. The female is not exactly stupid and has no problems pointing that out. The last thing you probably want to deal with is you breaking her trust in you. That will incur the wrath of the female. She can quite...something when she's angry. One should also avoid hurting her tablets as she can be protective of them. This espesically holds true when it comes to her younger siblings: William and Haru.

It should be noted that Elysia is an optimist. She does tries her hardest to see the world in the best possible way and does believe there is in the good in everyone. It if often why you see the female try to establish a form of friendship/companionship with those she meets.Now, she does understand the world isn't all sunshine and rainbows. Years of being with her Regis siblings have taught her that one. However, it doesn't stop her looking at things in that positive light. For her, it just makes her feel more comfortable.

Electrokinetic Creature Creation
This ability is considered the signature ability of Elysia. With this, Elysia is able to create beings of electricity or shape existing electricity into wanted shapes and purposes. The strength of these beings often determines their their level of independence. For example, smaller creatures has less controlled of their actions while larger creatures may have semi-Independence. Regardless, Elysia can 'delete' the creature once she is done with them and may even use their 'destroyed' bodies as a means to deliver thunder. Elysia often creates electric golems (that she lovingly dub 'Regizap') through this ability. Regizap are shown to have low defenses but makes up for it with their high special attack and speed.

Customization
You weren't expecting this lovely girl to have a power like this, huh? I can't blame you. If there's one thing few actually know about Regigigas is that the legendary Pokemon is a craftman. With his powers, he able to craft golems out of inanimate objects. Elysia does follow the steps of her father as shown by her Elecrokinetic Creature Creation and through her customization ability. With this power, she can redefine the properties of existing items: altering physical features, reshaping and reconstructing them, customizing their various properties, and upgrading their overall capabilities, even transforming them into an entirely different type of item. As a note to this power, she can only customize non-living things and this power does not entail that she create new items.

Enhanced Condition
It should come to no surprise that Elysia has enhanced condition. When you have the child that take the strength and defense of Regigigas and combine it with Zap's speed, that's given. With this ability, Elysia possess a physical and mental condition beyond the peak of human condition. Now in Elysia's case, her powers actually makes her pretty balanced fighter with her intelligence and intuition being what separates her from parents. With the two, the female is to able to pick up on things that few actually notices and deduce things that make take a while to figure out. It's because of her intelligence that she manage to avoid anyone finding out what she truly is.

Normal/Electric Moves
Being the daughter of Zap and Regigigas, Elysia has accessed to normal and electric moves. Armend doesn't have access to legendary signature moves and electric/normal z-moves. The female's favorite normal move is "Dizzy Punch" while her favorite electric move is "Thunder". She doesn't really have a specific reason why she likes them. The female is shown to be a bit of a mixed attacker with slightly higher physical attack. The female does seem to have access to other type moves due to her normal type nature.
