About
The world of Impar is most certainly a different world compared to Pokémon World. As it stands, the world of Impar is one that is not only filled with Pokémon and humans. Oh no. Demons, angels and all kinds of oddities exist within this universe. However, to avoid disturbing the order of the world, these beings keep themselves in realms that rest opposite of Impar, only visiting the realm if they wish to explore the unknown. However, one has to wonder how Impar itself was created. We do know Arceus and Mew were involved in the process, but few are aware of what created this world. There are theories, but most are proven wrong. The answer itself is quite simple.
The plates are how the world was created.
These elemental spirits gave the ingredients needed for a world to be born. Their mere presence inspired the world to adapt to what was needed. They gave Pokemon their type and the legends that once held them the powers they would be known for. However, for decades, many regarded these spirits as nothing more than tools for Arceus. They thought that they lacked sentience and the ability to feel human emotions. These mortals were wrong in their assumption. Oh, so wrong. In fact, plates are able to reproduce. Something that was considered forbidden by Arceus at one part in fear of these children being misused.
Here we have Haru. Haru is one of the new tablets to be created and is the son of Zap and Splash. He is the second youngest tablet and the twin brother of William. Haru is the Wateric Plate has has the title of the Water/Electric Spirit. Haru inherited Zap's introverted, quiet nature that he had before being infected by the shadow virus. Compared to his brother, Haru tries his best to avoid conflict and seems to be a good boy. While he sadly does have traces of the shadow virus in himself, his mother is trying his hardest to ensure the power doesn't overwhelm him. The last thing he needs is the male becoming as much of a mess as him. Haru doesn't have much of a personal dream. All he honestly wants is to see everyone he cares about happy.
Design
Haru has a average built with no muscles. It makes sense considering the fact he is/has the body of a child. With slightly pale skin, dark fern-like markings appear on his skin when he uses his Dark Water powers. His hair is light purple with the bangs framing both sides of his face and very easy to comb through, unlike a certain tablet. His eyes are dark blue, much like his father's. He blushes pretty often.
Haru's attire consists of black and blue kimono-like jacket. He also wears black hakama with bandages covering his legs (with exception his toes). The hood on his jacket is constantly seen over his head. Completing the outfit is a long, blue scarf that Haru always makes sure nothing happens to.
- Haru is often seen in this outfit or monster pajamas when he's not in battle. Apparently, he prefers to wear those instead of his actual clothes.
- Haru always have his hood over his head when he's in his 'normal' outfit.
- This seems to be his way of feeling 'safe' and calm. Please avoid removing the hood without his permission.
- Haru has a stuffed shark puppy as his security blanket/comfort object. Please avoid taking that away from him.
- The scarf Haru wears is a gift from his father. Somehow, the male avoids tripping on it.
- Unlike his brother, Haru is perfectly fine with wearing anything as long as he wear his scarf with it.
- When William uses his Dark Water Manipulation (and occasionally his Thunderstorm Creation), the fern-like markings on his arms appears.
- It is implied that these markings are traces of the male drawing on his powers of being a shadow.
- Another thing to note is that his eyes also become golden whenever he use those respective abilities.

- Anyone hurting his family. Never ever hurt his family. He doesn't appreciate anyone doing that!
- Being yelled at. Please don't yell at him. It makes him scared.
- Being left alone. Please don't leave him alone. He doesn't like being alone...

Haru is far from being a sociable tablet in the world. Compared to his brother, Haru is an introvert and prefers to keep to himself most of the time. Whenever he’s out, he is with his brother, one of his parents, and anyone he can view as being trustworthy. Haru gets noticeably nervous when he’s without them. He's not the bravest kid in the world. In fact, his brother often calls him a scaredy-cat as a result. Once you get to know him, you'll find he's a soft-hearted and optimistic lad that always tries to look at the bright side of things. He rarely holds grudges and naive when it comes to certain things. He tries his best to try to be nice to others. He loves learning and does what he can to learn more about the world.
There is an unsettling side to Haru that comes out when he's angry. When that happens, the male becomes violent and ruthless to the point he puts Samael to shame. If you're the source of his wrath, you're going to have a bad time. In this state, he refuses to allow others to get away with what they did and will get revenge on them regardless of what others say. Unfortunately, revenge for him is attacking them. This becomes worse when it comes to anyone that hurts his loved ones. If you do that, he probably won't won't let you live. It's hard to calm Haru's down when he's in his state. There's only a hand full of people who can. When he does calm down, he doesn’t seem to recall what happens while he’s in his violent fit.

Dirk and Kunai [Weapons]
Haru's Dirk is the male's main weapon while his kunai (note more than one) is more like his side weapons. Haru's kunai are disposable weapons that Haru doesn't care if they end up broken and whatnot. He has several of them that he keeps in his weapon pouch. This weapon is designed for thrusting and stabbing. However, Haru primarily uses this as a projectile, which is useful as he is a ranged attacker. Haru's dirk is something that Haru usually in case he needs to engage in melee combat. This long thrusting dagger was something that was crafted by Nor that is capable of channeling most of Haru's special attacks into physical moves.
Dark Water Manipulation
Dark Water Manipulation is a power that takes the concept of Zap's Black Lightning and applies it to water. With this power, Haru can create, shape and manipulate the water of a darker, detrimental nature; that which damages, destroys, and consumes anything/everything they come across. With this power, he can harm grass Pokemon that may attempt to absorb the liquid he makes through it. He doesn't use it too often as it makes him feel weird.
Electric-Water Manipulation
Electric-Water Manipulation is a power that Haru shares with his brother. This power allows Haru to generate and manipulate water that carries an electric current at all times (or both water and electricity simultaneously), thus allowing him to both cause splashing and electric damage to foes. An interesting thing to note is that this ability gets stronger whenever Haru uses it with his brother or the fused form of his parents (Captain Zap). Most often or not, you will see Haru using this with his power since the two are often together.
Thunder Storm Creation
You shouldn't toy with Haru's emotion. One because his brother might try to beat you up if you do that. Another is due to his Thunderstorm Creation ability is tied to his emotions. With the ability, he can create storms. The strongest storms he can make are ones where he is experiencing sadness, rage, or anything similar. You do not want him to experience those emotions since he has a hard time calming down. It's to the point that Zap or Splash has to be out to subdue the male in this state.
Water/Electric Moves
Being the son of the Splash and Zap plate, Haru has access to water and electric moves. Haru doesn't have access to legendary signature moves and water/electric z-moves. Haru's favorite moves are "Scald" and "Thunderbolt". He is fond of those moves due to his weapon of choice. Haru is more of a special attacker based on his moves of choice. While he doesn't mind using physical moves, you will often find him using those if he's pushed into a corner. Haru seems to know moves relating to ninjas much like his mother and a few multi-strike attacks.
Summary
Rotom Era-Our Story Era (Now)
Pretty early into the Our Story Era, Zap realized that he was pregnant. It's unclear why exactly he kept this fact a secret especially given how other plates have given birth before. Even after their birth, he argues that it's because he wasn't even sure if he was truly pregnant due to how long his pregnancy has lasted versus other plates. Regardless, Zap's pregnancy went unnoticed for some time before the group stumbled upon the truth. To his relief, they were pleased to learn that this was a thing. When Zap (well more like Damian) gave birth, he gave birth to twins: Haru and William. Sadly, Haru wasn't lucky enough to avoid inheriting Zap's shadowy nature. However, he currently spends his time enjoying the wonders of life.

Brother
Haru loves his brother. When it comes to their relationship, Haru has his younger twin speak for him. Despite being older than the male, Haru treats William as an older brother due to Will's level of confidence. Between the two, Haru is the straight guy (that always finds himself dragged into William's nonsense).
Damian Scott
Host/'Uncle'
Haru loves his uncle. He does appreciate how kind and calm the male can be when he's with him. He does appreciate how Damian tries his best to avoid upsetting him and often tries his best to keep him calm. Perhaps it's because he knows Haru becoming emotionally distress can lead to unfortunate situations occurring.
Zap
'Mother'
Haru is a mama's boy....or would that technically be papa's boy? With the nature of the plates, it's honestly confusing. Regardless, the male is often seen with his Zap, clinging to the male as his presence is often quite soothing. He doesn't like seeing his mother sad and does his best to find ways to cheer him up.
Captain Splash
'Father'
While Haru may love his mother just a bit more than Splash, he loves his father just as much. If there's one thing he loves about Splash, it's the stories he tells. Splash is a great storyteller to the point that Haru always begs him to tell him any before bed. He also fond of listening to his father's songs.
Izzy
Fellow Plate
Some of the bug Pokemon Izzy summons can be a little scary but Haru himself does seem to like the bug plate. He thinks Izzy is very pretty and nice. She's the one that gave Zap the idea of giving the male a hoodie for the child to feel 'safe' and lets him ride on her bug Pokemon often. His favorite bug Izzy has is Dawson. uwu
Mea
Fellow Plate
Uncle Mea is a good uncle. He's kind, sweet and has plenty of pretty flowers. When Haru is with Mea, he often allows him to water his plants and let him pet his good dog. Haru likes petting the dog. Honestly, he always wonders if Zap and Splash can get him one. Mea is one of the few plates that can calm Haru down.
Titan
Fellow Plate
When Haru first met Titan, he was a little scared. Mostly because Titan is so big! What if they step on him!? Upon interacting with the giant, Haru became good friends with the gentle giant. When Titan is around while his parents are busy, Haru is always behind their leg. After all, Titan is willing to protect him.
Gaia
Fellow Plate
Haru doesn't understand why his daddy doesn't like Gaia. She's a pretty nice plate that enjoys holding him and we all know Haru is a fan of being held. He also appreciates Gaia praising even if it makes him a little flustered. It does amaze him that she's Titan's 'mother'. How can she be the mother of Titan of all people!?
Stone

Now Haru doesn't have anything against Stone. Haru likes to believe Stone is a pretty ok plate. Unlike his brother, he doesn't believe the plate is boring. Maybe a bit scary, but that's only when the plate is fighting. He likes rubbing Stone's head because Stone is a weird humanoid rock puppy?
Toxi/Ick
Fellow Plate
When it comes to Ick and Toxi, Haru prefers Toxi. It's because of the male is rather laidback and doesn't seem as wild as his 'brother'. When Haru is with Toxi, they're mostly just looking at clouds and sleeping. That's honestly how they bond besides Toxi rambling about how the world is all troublesome.
Mi

Haru doesn't understand why mama is nervous around Mi. From his interactions with her, she's a nice plate. She can be a bit serious, but Haru respects that. Sometimes, you gotta be a little serious. He is fond of Mi using Calm Mind on him. Haru finds Mi to be very pretty and wonders if he can be as pretty as her.
Nor
Fellow Plate
Nor might be boring to William but Haru thinks he's amazing. Then again, Nor did make his dirk, and he finds watching the male work to be pleasant. Sometimes, Nor will let him help out with a few small things and name some of his weapons he made. Of all of the things he enjoys, naming Nor's weapons is one.
Mr. Spooks
Fellow Plate
Much like his brother, Haru wonders why Uncle Spooks call himself Spooks. He's not all that scary. His ability to summon ghosts always fascinated Haru. Where do they come? Why do they follow him? He has so many questions about them, and Spooks doesn't mind answering them.
Dread
Fellow Plate
Dread isn't all that lazy. At least in Haru's personal opinion. He simply doesn't have the energy to bother doing certain things. It's something Haru relates to. Haru believes that Dread is decent. He doesn't understand some of the coy things he says to Spooky, but it's probably adult stuff.
Spooky
Fellow Plate
Haru thought that Spooky was frankly going to eat him when he first met the plate. Thankfully, that wasn't the case the more he got to know the plate. He finds the male ability to create body parts from his soul to be fascinated and gets a bit too curious about the parts he can make. He finds Spooky's heart to be pretty.
Bruce
Fellow Plate
Bruce can be exhausting in Haru's opinion, and he questions how his brother can handle it. He doesn't get why the male constantly mentions 'youth' or how he has so much energy. Regardless, he doesn't hate him. The things he does is amazing. I mean, who else can do push-ups with Titan chilling on your back?
Pixel/Pixie
Fellow Plate/Sensei
Haru isn't sure why Zap doesn't like Pixel since Pixel is a nice plate. Regardless, Haru loves listening to Pixel sing and occasionally tries to join the male whenever he can. Singing with Pixel gives the tablet some form of confidence. This results in Pixel taking the male in as his student so he can teach him how to sing.
Hyde
Fellow Plate
Haru is one of the few people that Hyde allows call him Eddy and wear his hat (something that is considered a sacred thing to ??? plate). Haru is a fan of Hyde's showy and chaotic nature. The male seems to find ways to spark a giggle out of the lad. Haru favorite thing for Hyde to do is change into various hybrids of animals.
Lord Samael
Fellow Plate
Samael is never mean to Haru. If anyone is mean to Haru, Samael will bully that person back (or honestly just kick their arse...whichever comes first). Haru doesn't think that Samael is dumb. He thinks he's super smart, and no one knows it! Samael appreciates that, but don't tell anyone that!
Skye
Fellow Plate/Sensei
Gosh, there's so many pretty plates! It makes Haru so jealous because he wants to be pretty too! Haru likes Skye and often spends his time with the male trying to learn how to use his Thunder Storm ability. Skye is a cool teacher that never shames him if he fails. For someone with low self-confidence, Haru appreciate that.
Icy
Fellow Plate
Haru doesn't understand why William believes Icy is a bully. Then again, Icy is relatively nice to him, so that could be the reason why. He does tease him every once in a while, but he never really pushes it. Icy is like an older brother to him. He teaches him all kinds of things like how to win games!
Firefly
Fellow Plate
Firefly is alright. Personally, Haru doesn't have anything against the male. The only thing he's honestly fearful of is his use of fire. Sometimes, he worries about the male hurting him with it! However, Icy often ensures him he won't hurt him otherwise he will beat him. He's inclined to believe him.
Arceus

When Haru first met Arceus, Haru never expected the male to be so beautiful and stylish. Combined with the fact he carries himself with such grace, it was not surprising that Haru was quick to like the legend. Granted, he's also the descendant of two plates who were created by him, so there's that.
Elysia
Half Sister
Haru loves his older sister. With how kind and caring the female can be, it's not surprising for that to be the case. The female always treats the male with respect. She's always willing to do whatever she can to make sure the male is safe and happy. He wishes he can see her often, but he understands that she's busy.
Ino
Fellow Tablet
Ino will Dragon Hammer you in the face if you dare hurt Haru. It goes against's Ino's code of Protecting-All-Precious-Cuties. Haru thinks that Ino is a lovely gal and is unaffected by her attitude. She's an awesome dragon lady in his eyes. He gets a little sad when she doesn't look at her pretty books. :C
Pandora
Fellow Tablet
Hyde and Pixel have a daughter??? And she's super-duper pretty??? Holy potatoes! Haru believes Pandora is secretly a falling star in disguise. Her voice is that of an angel, her hair is beautiful, and her smile makes Haru so jolly. It's no surprise that Haru is memorized by the tablet and wishes to be like her.
Rowan

Haru doesn't see Rowan too much (since the tablet is bound to Charlie). However, from the few times they met, Haru does believe they're a decent plate. They may not be his parents or Pixel, but Haru doesn't have anything against the plate. He does wish to get to know the tablet a bit more.
Yudo the Kid
Fellow Tablet
Yudo is mean to Haru and Haru doesn't like it! He always teases the male and pushes him around. Thankfully, he stops whenever Skye notices what he's doing. Haru thinks that Yudo is a meanie and doesn't understand what he did to deserve the male bullying him. Thankfully, Ino got his back and has no problem bullying Yudo back.
Lecter

When Haru met Lecter face to face, he gave the male a pretty flower he found because he knew Lecter liked flowers. He likes the male due to how similar the two are when it comes to dealing with social settings and how their powers are emotion-based. He is quick to defend Lecter whenever anyone makes jabs at the male's sadistic streak.
Bates

Bates reminds Haru of his brother with a bit more charm? Regardless, he views the male as an older brother. You know one of those cool bros that like to joke around. Haru likes to watch Bates fight as he does believe the male can be epic at times. He questions if Bates is part cat since his brother is very convinced he's a cat man.
Armend
Fellow Tablet
Considering how Haru is a sweet angel compared to his brother, Armend and Haru get along well. Hell, Armend will even allow Haru to play some of her video games (well after she saved the game because she doesn't want the male to mess up anything). Haru can't understand why his brother dislike Armend.
Ni
Fellow Plate
Haru really likes Ni! He doesn't understand why his mama is wary of him because Haru thinks he's cool! Being around him makes him calmer and he makes it easier for him to use his shadow powers. He also's a dog person that let him touch his tail and ride on his back whenever he goes into his cool doggo form.
