- The idea of William's personality was to take Splash's old personality and attaching it to someone that's younger.
- William's design took the pirate concept of Splash but the colors of Zap.
- William is officially the youngest tablet out of the group as his brother is a few seconds older than him. Amusing when William likes to consider himself the older brother.
- William is a good boy and I look forward to have interact with characters ;3.
- The idea of making William and Haru twins came from the lovely RawrMeansLoveYou.

About
The world of Impar is most certainly a different world compared to Pokémon World. As it stands, the world of Impar is one that is not only filled with Pokémon and humans. Oh no. Demons, angels and all kinds of oddities exist within this universe. However, to avoid disturbing the order of the world, these beings keep themselves in realms that rest opposite of Impar, only visiting the realm if they wish to explore the unknown. However, one has to wonder how Impar itself was created. We do know Arceus and Mew were involved in the process, but few are aware of what created this world. There are theories, but most are proven wrong. The answer itself is quite simple.
The plates are how the world was created.
These elemental spirits gave the ingredients needed for a world to be born. Their mere presence inspired the world to adapt to what was needed. They gave Pokemon their type and the legends that once held them the powers they would be known for. However, for decades, many regarded these spirits as nothing more than tools for Arceus. They thought that they lacked sentience and the ability to feel human emotions. These mortals were wrong in their assumption. Oh, so wrong. In fact, plates are able to reproduce. Something that was considered forbidden by Arceus at one part in fear of these children being misused.
Here we have William. William is one of the new tablets to be created and is the son of Zap and Splash. He is the second youngest tablet and the twin brother of Haru. He is currently the youngest tablet (though he likes to believe that's not the case). William is the Eleater Plate has has the title of the Water/Electric Spirit. William inherited Captain's Splash title of being the troublemaker of the group. As curious as a cat, the young man enjoys sticking his nose in places he shouldn't be regardless of if he gets hurt or not. It's something that both of his parents consider a bit of a curse. Regardless, William inspires to achieve his dreams of becoming the next hokage pirate-ninja. Pinja? Nirate?
Design
William has a average built with no muscles. It makes sense considering the fact he is/has the body of a child. With slightly pale skin, the male has a blue crescent-shaped marking under his right eye that occasionally appears under his eye. His hair is light blue and messy to the point that attempting to comb him is just downright impossible unless you want to deal with his screeching. As such, his parents keep it in a bun. His eyes are golden much like his mother's.
William's attire consists of the following: an open, purple jacket (with golden lining) that shows off his matching colored vest. He also wears black cargo pants that cover his matching colored combat boots. Completing the outfit is a light purple scarf that is wrapped around his neck that is way too long to the point he trips on it.
- William is often seen in his sailor outfit or cat pajamas when he's not in battle. Apparently, he prefers to wear those instead of his actual clothes.
- The blue crescent shaped markings under his eye seems to primarily appear when he's using his Electricity Empowerment powers.
- Much like his father, he gains markings similar to Primal Kyogre though that markings in question match the color of the crescent shaped marking under his eye.
- William will wear anything that has cats on it. If he sees anything that has a cat on it, he will demand (well scream) that he wants it.
- William scarf is something that Zap made during the time Damian took his form. He didn't intend the scarf to be so long.
- William will often steal his papa's (Splash) hat whenever the male is busy. Unfortunately, the hat doesn't fit him.
- William is not a fan of wearing shoes and will try his hardest to stay as barefooted as he can.
- William does strangely have to sharpen canines, which makes any bites from him surprising painful.
- William seems to always find ways to get dirty. Zap is not a fan of that.

- Ramen. The male really loves ramen and can honestly eat several bowls of it in one sitting.
- His scarf. He is very protective of anyone touching it as it is something that his father and 'mother' gave him.
- Cats. He loves cat! He loves them so much that he really wants one. Maybe that's why he thinks Bates is cool.
Dislikes
- Anyone hurting his family. Never ever hurt his family. He doesn't appreciate anyone doing that!
- Naps. He likes to think that those who take naps are nothing more than babies and he's no baby!
- Being treated like a baby. He will like you to know that he's a big boy! A big boy I tell you!

William is a prideful child. He’s prideful of who he is and the fact he is the son of Zap and Splash(the two best plates in his eyes). The male has no problem arguing with others regarding how great his family is. William is a confident young man that's always searching for ways to get stronger. He’s always eager to learn new things and is a curious child. It doesn't take much to impress the male. Compared to his brother, he is very likely to get himself into trouble and do things that his parents warn him not to do. In his defense, he always wanted to be a hero due to his admiration of them. He always sees that heroes are well-liked and respected to the point people worship them. He wants to be like them. He also has a thirst for adventure, which is one of the reasons he claims is why he wants to be the best pirate ninja around. On that note, William approaches situations with a carefree attitude and rarely takes anything seriously until he gets into trouble.
Despite being older than Haru, William assumes the role of the big brother. He always teases Haru and seems to enjoy pushing the male often. However, he tries his best not to make the male too upset as he cares deeply for him. The male is willing to fight anyone that may hurt his feeling even if it’s by accident. He understans that his brother isn't the toughest around and needs someone to assure he isn't taken advantage of.

Neko-Te [Weapon]
Following in the footsteps of his mother, William's weapon of choice is Neko-Te. The weapon consists of strong iron fingernails fastened into leather bands fitted on William's fingers. This weapon is meant to resemble claws. With this weapon, slash-based attacks (and physical moves) become William's preferred attacks. While they are small on William's fingers, the weapon enables William to user deliver quick slashes due to how light they are. It should be noted that getting slash by these claws are not fun.
Electricity Empowerment
Electricity Empowerment is a power that takes the concept of Splash's Water Empowerment and apply it to electricity. This power makes William stronger, faster, more durable, etc. when he comes in contact with electricity, possibly unlocking abilities related to the affinity and enhancing the existing powers. Unlike Splash, William has an easier time drawing more power from the ability due to what he is and how easily it is to generate electricity. However, it should be noted that being around areas where there is a lot of electricity William make become a bit more primal and make it easier for him lose control due to still learning how to master it.
Electric-Water Manipulation
Electric-Water Manipulation is a power that William share with his brother. This power allows William to generate and manipulate water that carries an electric current at all times (or both water and electricity simultaneously), thus allowing him to both cause splashing and electric damage to foes. An interesting thing to note is that this ability gets stronger whenever William uses it with his brother or the fused form of his parents (Captain Zap). Most often or not, you will see William using this with his power since the two are often together.
Summoning (Sea Monsters)
Now William can't summon a giant ship like his father. He wished he did, but sadly he can't. However, this doesn't mean that the male can't summon anything else! William carries the ability to summon sea monsters (with the Kraken being his favorite despite his father's hatred for the creature). Through the use of blood and some niffy hand signs, the male can summon whatever sea monsters that exist. It does take a bit out of him, but he doesn't mind! He gets to have cool water companions, and that makes him happy!
Water/Electric Moves
Being the son of the Splash and Zap plate, William has access to water and electric moves. William doesn't have access to legendary signature moves and water/electric z-moves. William's favorite moves are "Crabhammer" and "Thunder Punch". He is fond of those moves due to his weapon of choice. William is more of a physical attacker based on his moves of choice. While he doesn't mind special moves, you will often find him using those if he's pushed into a corner. The male does know a few elemental claws (such as Dragon Claw, Hone Claws and Shadow Claw).
Summary
Our Story Era (Now)
Pretty early into the Our Story Era, Zap realized that he was pregnant. It's unclear why exactly he kept this fact a secret especially given how other plates have given birth before. Even after their birth, he argues that it's because he wasn't even sure if he was truly pregnant due to how long his pregnancy has lasted versus other plates. Regardless, Zap's pregnancy went unnoticed for some time before the group stumbled upon the truth. To his relief, they were pleased to learn that this was a thing. When Zap (well more like Damian) gave birth, he gave birth to twins: Haru and William. William was lucky enough to avoid inheriting Zap's shadowy nature and is currently spending his time enjoying the wonders of life.

Haru
Brother
William loves his brother and will do everything in his power to keep him safe. Despite being the younger of the two, William treats Haru as a younger brother. He often teases the male and tries to act tough when he's with the other. Between the two, William appears to be the funny guy that always end up getting in trouble.
Damian Scott
Host/'Uncle'
William loves his uncle. He's funny, tall, and lets him ride on his shoulders! He's almost like his dad, only with facial hair and a cool coat! If you bully Damian, William will beat you up. He doesn't like seeing his uncle sad and honestly believes that Damian doesn't deserve dealing with meanies.
Zap
'Mother'
William loves his mommy! He's so cool with his zappy powers and his cool ninja moves! He doesn't like it when he tries to force him to take a bath. >.> Baths are evil. You're also not allowed to be mean to Zap! If you be mean to him, William will beat you up! Well, that or sic the Kraken to do that for him.
Captain Splash
'Father'
Splash is so cool. He has cool guns, style, and knows how to bring a smile on William's face! William's favorite thing to do with his daddy is playing Tag. He finds it funny Splash gets scared by the Kraken and tries to find ways to sneakily summon it. He's not a fan of the male threatening to spank him afterward. >.>
Izzy
Fellow Plate
Izzy is creepy? Pffft. How can anyone call someone like Izzy creepy, especially when she has so many cool bugs! William enjoys over to Izzy and asking her to show her any cool bugs he hasn't seen before. This spark some form of joy to Izzy that William enjoys seeing. A happy plate is a good plate in his eyes!
Mea
Fellow Plate
Uncle Mea is the best! He's a bit soft, but William doesn't mind. When he's with Mea, William is often being carried by the male. If there's something that William likes, it's being carried. He also likes the cool plants that Mea has! Well besides Mea's plant doggo. He's not a fan of dogs. >.<
Titan

Titan is big! Like wow! William can't believe someone like Titan exists. When Titan is out, you will find William climbing on them or riding on their head. William finds it weird that Titan doesn't have a mouth and nose. How are they suppose to eat and smell? Do they absorb food into their skin and smell stuff through their butt?
Gaia

How can daddy dislike Gaia? She's so nice! When Gaia is around, the female is often spoiling the male. William is a fan of that and the attention she gives him. However, William will admit that the female getting angry can be scary, especially when she has a type advantage. Yikes!
Stone
Fellow Plate
Stone is alright. It's just they can be a bit boring in William's eyes. Stone doesn't do too much and it often takes quite a bit for William to get Stone to do anything. William does enjoy watching them fight, however. With how primal they can be when it comes to their fighting, William finds it to be cool.
Toxi/Ick

When it comes to Ick and Toxi, William prefers Ick. Perhaps it's because of the fact the male is playful and immature like him! When the two are together, they are pulling pranks together with Ick taking most of the blame for them since William is such innocent little tyke that wouldn't do anything.
Mi

William thinks Mi should chill out. The female is just way too serious! She doesn't need to be so super serious all the time! She needs to learn to loosen up or something! Sure, she has cool psychic powers, but she should be using them to entertain him. However, he'll let it go since she gives the best head rubs.
Nor
Fellow Plate
Nor is too much of a workaholic and William finds that to be so boring. Sure, Nor makes all kinds of cool things such as swords, guns, and even a tank. However, the fact he spends most of his time doing that instead of play with William is so annoying. Gosh, it's like Mi, only worse! How are you worse than Mi!?
Mr. Spooks
Fellow Plate
Uncle Spooks is such a cool guy. He has a scythe, great sense of humor, and he can summon cool ghosts. What's there not to like about him? Not only that, but he's also the dad of Bates! That's some major brownie points! He wonders why the male calls himself 'Spooks'. He's not all that scary. His name should be Mr. Not-That-Spooks!
Dread
Fellow Plate
Dread is so lazy! Why are you so lazy, shadow man!? You have a cool shadow! You're a cool cat man like Bates! It should be impossible for you to be lazy! You have to do all you can to keep up with your coolness. Being lazy doesn't help! Sometimes, Dread disappoints William. I suppose he can let it go since he's technically Bate's grandfather. >.>
Spooky
Fellow Plate
You mean to tell William that one of the plates is a skeleton? That's so freaking awesome! If Spooky was a little bit intimidating, he would receive a 10/10 from William. But alas, he's not. That's ok though! Spooky makes up for that in other ways. If there's something that William enjoys about Spooky, it's his ability to generate random body parts through the use of his soul.
Bruce
Fellow Plate/Sensei
Bruce should have never babysat William that one time. Since then, William and Bruce developed a relationship akin to Rock Lee and Might Gai. Seeing William's determination to become stronger resulted in Bruce taking a personal interest in him. This lead to Bruce becoming a teacher to William.
Pixel/Pixie
Fellow Plate
You're not allowed to hate Pixel. It's not illegal, and if you do hate him, you hate fun! Well, according to William. It's not shocking that a singing and dancing plate is one of William's favorites, especially one that enjoys entertaining others. William does his best to join Pixel's little dancing/singing party.
Hyde
Fellow Plate
It's Hyde. How can you not like Hyde? It's illegal to dislike Hyde. He's goofy, chaotic, and great entertainment for a tablet that is a 5-year-old. I mean, Hyde is just a cartoon character. With chaos manipulation, you have a plate that can defy reality like one. William's favorite thing to make Hyde do is his silly voices.
Lord Samael
Fellow Plate
Samael may be a bit mean at times, but he's cool! I mean, he's a dragon person! He has cool wings, scars and looks almost as badass as Splash! Don't tell Splash or Zap he said the b word. Samael is also super gentle with him, which is amazing since Samael is not known for his niceness.
Skye
Fellow Plate
Skye is scary when he's mad! It's one of the reasons why William avoids making the male mad at him! Can you imagine the spanking the male would give? Other than that, William thinks that Skye is nice. Other than being fearful of his rage, Skye is a laidback guy that allows him to ride on his back when he's flying.
Icy
Fellow Plate
Icy is so mean! He's like the jerk older brother that enjoys messing with him! He always calls him a 'baby' when William is only a few inches shorter than him. William doesn't understand what he did to even deserve this treatment! He's been a decently good boy! Well ignoring the times he wasn't...cough.
Firefly
Fellow Plate
Firefly is goat cat thing with fire powers that he loves showing off. How do you expect William not to like him? He gets a little spook at times at the thought of possibly getting burned by the male, but Firefly does a good job at ensuring he will never do that. He's also a good person to nap against because he's warm.
Arceus
Creator
When William first met Arceus, William knew that he was the best legendary Pokemon around. Granted, that could be his bias talking since he is a descendant of two plates. However, that's beside the point! Whenever he's with the male, he always asks him all kinds of questions that he is willing to answer.
Elysia
Half Sister
William loves his older sister. With how kind and caring the female can be, it's not surprising for that to be the case. The female always treats the male with respect. She's always willing to do whatever she can to make sure the male is safe and happy. He wishes he can see her often, but he understands that she's busy.
Ino
Fellow Tablet
You would think with how similar William is to Yudo that Ino would dislike the male. That's not the case here. William does view as an older sister. He does enjoy messing around with her and breaking a few rules with her by his side. She's not exactly the best influence for William, but the male doesn't care.
Pandora
Fellow Tablet
Pandora is a pretty tablet in William's eyes. Her voice is lovely, her hair is beautiful, and her smile makes William all giggly. Combined with the fact she's the daughter of Hyde and Pixel, it's no surprise that William is memorized by the tablet. In her own right, there's something about her that makes the female stand out.
Rowan
Fellow Tablet
William doesn't see Rowan too much (since the tablet is bound to Charlie). However, from the few times they met, Haru does believe they're a decent plate. They may not be his parents or Pixel, but Haru doesn't have anything against the plate. He does wish to get to know the tablet a bit more.
Yudo the Kid
Fellow Tablet
Yudo's and William's relationship can summarize as a friendship and rivalry. At first, Yudo ridiculed William for how childish the younger male can be. However, upon realizing how similar they were to teach others, Yudo developed some sense of respect for William. This leads to the two constantly challenging each other!
Lecter
Fellow Tablet
While Lecter may not be as cool as Bates, William is not going to deny the fact that Lecter is pretty awesome in his own right. He has similar powers to Mea and presents himself as a "cool, quiet badass" (according to the words of our wise tablet). He gets a little spooked when Lecter snaps as that can be honestly spooky to him!
Bates
Fellow Tablet/Role Model
Bates is so freaking awesome. He can summon cat ghosts, and he has cool claws! William inspires to be just like Bates (hence is why he chose the weapon he currently has). He honestly believes the male is the best thing to come to this world, and he wants to learn his ways. Zap and Splash seem to be perfectly fine with this since they like Bates.
Armend
Fellow Tablet
William and Armend don't get along. The two of them dislike each other. For William, he feels like the female can be mean to him. It's similar to how he feels about Icy. She overestimates what he can and often looks down at him for being nothing more than a child. This often leads to the two bumping heads over things.
Ni
Fellow Plate
While William is not a fan of Ni's dog form, William thinks Ni is cool. Ni is like Firefly but somehow cooler. He is always at awe at the things he can do with his powers. He inspires William to be as creative as him. He gets really scared whenever Ni goes into his Hypermode and often hides the second he does.
