Perthro

Perthro is a member of the O3C. They take care of the upkeep of the facility as well as dole out missions assigned to the teams through the mysterious Council.

Personality wise, they are very diligent and thorough. They manage most of the facility through multiple identical wooden puppets, linked by a collective consciousness. A lot about their powers and backstory is unknown, but they've been alive for centuries, and is considered integral to the O3C's operation. Perthro is, at the least, untrusted among the members of O3C. However, they accept Perthro's position and follow orders to the best of their ability.

To talk to Perthro's puppets, their personality is very cheery-seeming but passive aggressive.

Most of Perthro's abilities are unknown. However, they operate multiple wooden puppets through a linked consciousness, and seem to have a wide range of knowledge about history, magical powers, magical artifacts and magical creatures. They also are the medic and resident cook of O3C.

Sometimes, they seem weirdly omniscient of everything that happens in the facility and on missions, despite the fact there are no cameras in the facility.
