Cirrus

Personality wise, they're quite timid, preferring to keep to themselves. This is more out of a sense that they don't quite belong among the others, and have a small issue with feeling inferior, even though this is unfounded. A lot of their fear stems from a diminished self confidence.

Their parents also used to work for O3C, and retired with a good amount of notoriety as talented. Cirrus didn't really develop their powers much before coming to O3C, so the amount they can contribute to missions is limited. Cirrus also came out to their parents about their gender identity before leaving for O3C, but they didn't take it very well. This puts a lot of pressure on Cirrus mentally, so when the story opens up, they're currently going through a low point.

While they keep to themselves usually, they are truly very gentle and sweet to the others when they do talk. As the story progresses, time starts to heal the events of before the story, and Cirrus begins to get more comfortable socializing.

Cirrus can freely manipulate the air pressure and condensation of water in their immediate area, as well as temperature. They prefer colder and unhumid weather, so the air around them usually feels like a fridge. They're still finding out things about their ability as well as refining their control of it. They also seem to be able to sit on rainclouds if they make the water dense enough. Their power isn't very well understood by them or by others, either.

Perthro seems to think they have some unrealized potential (true), and usually pairs them with Artair on missions due to Artair being able to flash freeze water molecules. Their power also compliments stealth missions, since they can emanate a substantial amount of fog in a short amount of time.
