The Outcast

He knows a thing or two about hiding. For all we know, this name could be a stolen one.

He is a doctor. A businessman. A scientist. A farmer. A father.

This man that we know has a family, and he does have friends. But everything he is connected to appears to have no correlation with each other. Even his wife and their son. As if they don't recognize one another despite related by blood. He owns a business, but none of his employees have yet to pinpoint a face of their President. A prodigious doctor and a man of science... but where in the living hell is his research? Even if he went by another alias, all of that precious information would have been useful to everyone.

But he has a story. He is a wildly complex man to pinpoint his history.

There is one, who can tie his life altogether. Yet he refuses to speak of his name.

Emil is a lover of cows. Even if he owns a dairy farm, where cows only live to produce milk, and then get shipped off to the butchers. He takes the cows that he eventually grows attached to, and put them into a sanctuary to live their best life. Cows are not the only animals within these sacntuaries. Farm animals of all kinds inhabit them. And Emil doesn't fund just one sanctuary - he supports PLENTY.

The Milkfather understands that he cannot save them all. He remains in a very neutral position regarding cattle slaughter. Before anyone could get up on his face about the ethics of such situations, many never realized that Emiliano was born working in a farm - where he's grown up raising and befriending cows.

Mootime Dairy Corp.

Influence: + 20

Notoriety: + 15

The Milkfather is the President of Mootime Dairy. He runs the biggest dairy company of the world, and none else could rival it. In fact, within a span of five years, Emil had taken over at least 60% of the Dairy industry in the world.

Emil is often busy with other personal things, so quite often he lets his employees handle the situation. But when time calls and he is needed for the bigger decisions, Emil will always choose what is best for his company. Many of the workers find him agreeable and loving, because of how well the President treats them. Though, only the employees at the highest positions has ever seen how he looks. And the public has never seen how the President looks in person.

It seems obvious that the company has hired another man to act as their representing President. When clearly the actual President in much more than that. Emil claims that he is very self conscious of how he portrays himself to the public, when in reality he rather hide his real identity from the world.

Liberia Sciencia Inc.

Influence: + 10

Notoriety: + 20

Liberia Sciencia is one of the first companies that Emil was hired in whenever he became a scientist. But the original company was closed down due to the lack of financial stability and support.

With Emiliano's mass wealth, he has revived the Research company from the depths.

From the outside appears a harmless lab that researches DNA sequencing and cloning. However, Milkfather's former companion has caught him performing abhorrent and unethical tests on humans. From genome editing/splicing, to cloning, to even doing live tests that destroys a normal human's mind and body. It was immediately shut down soon after and he was outcasted by his mentor from the Prodigal.

It didn't take long for Emil, a successful researcher in animal science and pathology, to pick up medicine for fun. To make money, he temporarily picked a position of being a hospital physician. His vast intellect and experience of handling normal, human bodies gives him quite the advantage of understanding how to fix them. With ease, he's at least saved several lives under his guidance and advice given over the little years he's played "doctor" before leaving it for a good while.

He admits, that being a doctor is quite fun and would enjoy doing it again quite soon.

Emiliano is well aware that he is casted away by "Grandfather" from the Prodigal. However, apparently he is still able be a client in the Prodigal's notorious brothel: the Palace. He's quite the regular, if he hasn't found anyone in his personal life. And it turns into a habit unless he attempts to try to commit himself to one person. But just to make sure, the Milkfather enters the Palace under multiple aliases just in case he sees veteran Prodigal members in the vicinity.

There are several dairy farms that is owned by Mootime Dairy. And for some reason, Emil is familiar to ALL of them. For years, every new farm being built is personally overseen by the Milkfather himself. As odd as it is, he simply wants things to be the way he wants it to be exact. Employees speak as if he has a big plan regarding the production of all these different Mootime Dairy locations.

Trivia

  • A long while ago, Emil was a short-time cheesemonger purely out of interest. He's left that position for good, but he still ventures around cheese and wine tasting as a hobby.
  • Will absolutely refuse to put soy milk in his product lineup. It's taken years for his team to persuade him to open up a line of nut milks for broaden their target audiences.
  • Will have at least one dairy product in his meal. And eats at least one dairy product BETWEEN meals.
  • Once married and had a child. However, there was a period where his dedication turned into obsession when working in his research facility and his wife soon divorced him after he had neglected his wife and child.

    > Of course now he's felt guilty after their absence. His wife passed away and he wasn't expecting his only son, Avery, to forgive him. Because of both of their busy lifestyles, they seldom see eachother. Yet, Emil will give Avery his full support when it comes to financial stability.

  • There's alot of mixed feelings regardling the reactions he gets whenever he feels like bringing one of his cows into his office(es).
  • Emil used his knowledge in cloning and started to replicating poinsettia plants out of curiosity. Eventually he started to focus on cloning animals at his own time. As for cloning humans... Emil hasn't has refused to say anything regarding the subject.
  • The Milkfather missed his beloved Carabao (a Philippine Water buffalo), named "Boboy" back when he worked in the farms in his home country. He took a sample of his cattle's horn fragment (that he kept as a parting gift before his passing) and developed an almost complete replica of his former pet. He's done this about 10 more times, naming them all based on Boboy's name (ex. Bobo, Bodoy, Totoy, Popoy, etc).

Skills

The Mad Cow Inactive, but Uncontrollable

(Also known as: The Mad Cow Serum) One of the results where he uses his own body as a test subject in the past. Even if it makes him more powerful, there are sacrifices that will be made if the event happens. Though his mind can still control the Mad Cow, it has began to appear on random periods of time. And the older he's gotten, the harder it is for him to stop himself. He's had this for years, and his body mutated this particular form overtime, so the symptoms of the Mad Cow may not change now, but it can in the later future. In the beginning the Mad Cow only causes small headaches (something that can be resolved with a painkiller) but progressively they turn into chronic migrained. Now recently Emil has experienced periods of mental instability, and the Mad Cow will twist his mind to turn into someone who no longer appears sane...

> Emil has been able to plan ahead, as if spent years trying to predict when these "random" Mad Cow appearances could happen. When the event happens and he cannot control himself, he often isolate himself in his very own home.

Slow Aging Passive

One of the positive side effects from the Mad Cow. Emil has stopped aging around his late 30s and overtime there's barely any changes in terms of his appearance. A few strands of white hair are progressively becoming visible, but his physique, size, and skin hasn't been made different.

The Milkman Active

Once he "succeeded" he ceased his research and experiments immediately. And the result appears to be only a single man: The Milkman. It is rather unknown about what is so special about the Milkman aside from the prim, proper white uniform and handsome features. The Milkman is a diligent milk delivery person, who also shares a simlar obsession with milk (if not more). Emiliano claims him to be perfect, but the cryptic comments about him makes it rather concerning.

Big Money defense

Emil doesn't publicly announce that he has ALOT of money. But he's aware that he's very wealthy and it makes him powerful in the modern day world.

Childhood

Emil is born the eldest child in the provincial areas in the Philippines. Him being the oldest gives him most of the responsibility given by his father and works endlessly making ends meet in the plantations. He is the biggest child of the six siblings.

However, young Roselo had dreams he wanted to pursue. He wanted to go to school to learn, but because of his position, his father disregarded his motives and refused to let him stop tending the fields just to go to school. However, his mother only wished him the best and used most of her own money to get him to the nearest elementary school.

She ended up working twice as hard, taking over Emil's physical work in the fields just so her eldest could go to school. It had put a toll on her health years later and she only lived until Emiliano reached middle school. His father blamed him for her death, but he still refused to give up his education and go back to the fields. His younger brothers and sisters, though still children, wanted him to continue. And all of the children did not want to put their mother's strongest efforts to waste. Thus Emil left his home to live with a childhood friend and classmate that was more than willing to take him in.

Teen years

Emil lived with his friend Armando and his family, who owned a dairy farm and a rice plantation nearby their school. Roselo was rather grateful for their hospitality and their kindness and refused to live there without any form of payment; though his school and age couldn't necessarily let him have a part-time job to pay for any expenses. Hence he spent time tending to the cows before and after his classes and majority of the time he spent studying were often with his bovine creatures.

He felt particularly bad for leaving his family behind but his siblings was what compelled him to work harder than most students. He was excelling in every subject possible throughout his years. In fact, he was better than of his upperclassmen and graduated early (as a valedictorian) with a scholarship to fly over to the United States.

Roselo wasn't necessarily sure what he wanted to do as his major, but after experiencing a terrible moment with one of his cows that succumbed to Bovine spongiform encephalopathy (BSE), otherwise known as the Mad Cow disease, he decided to pursue Animal Sciences.

(young) adulthood

His constant dedication to his education remained in college as well. His studies in animal sciences allowed him to work in a lab facility regarding to the cure of bovine spongiform encephalopathy and solely had dedicated his time working for it. Even before he graduated college, he's singlehandedly found a breakthrough into the cure of the Mad Cow disease.

And at this time, the frequency of cows having such diseases began to increase. This also meant that the frequency Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (a disease to humans that can be acquired from a cow that had BSE) was also becoming a steady increase as well.

By the time he received his Doctorates, he finally found the cure of said disease. The amount of success allowed him to reach new heights in his life and already had enough to make sure that his siblings and friends in the Philippines have recieved a large income and live lavishly. He still continue to obtain his vast wealth even after giving a wealthy donation to his family and his facility he worked for. He even married a beautiful wife and had a child together and continued to live a wealthy lifestyle.

succession and the prodigal

Dr. Roselo's success gave him a rather comfortable life but even if he had enough money to help support himself, his children and his friends and family that still lived in the Philippines, he felt like he could do more. The fact that he was able to cure BSE, he wanted to pursue it and delved back into Animal Sciences regarding bovine subjects. In fact, he remained insistently working on animal advancement but eventually he became bored with the subject and decided to move into more human advancement. His determination also gained the support of the Prodigal, who was impressed by Roselo's studies and he partook in this association as one of their Administration Members. As an exceptional single individual, he was personally mentored by the Prodigal's leader, Atticus Demos. These older members only recognize their leader as a lone wolf and rarely shared his workload with others, but Atticus was curious of Emiliano and eventually held an affinity towards Emiliano's charm and ambition. Atticus was not a man of science, so he never really questioned Emiliano's various types of research when he continued to precept him in the Administration.

While Atticus allowed him to focus on his own personal goals (as long as he was looking for way to find anything to beneficially support the Prodigal) he was eventually striven into understanding the human body. Thus, led him into pathology, the study of diseases. And the series of trying to find a cure for any disease had only developed into wanting to advance human progression as a whole. This mean making them stronger, more immune, and the desire of making human the perfect species that cannot succumb to death and disease... has increased the more he ventured into the subject.

Hence all the money he earned from his studies, his work, and his support by the Prodigal was put into his own Research Facility. However, he wasn't necessarily happy with the way things had worked in his own lab. The supply of live samples was rather lacking and most experiments were tested on rats. Eventually Emil's desperation led to him privatizing Research Facility lab away from the public and often paid volunteers an exorbitant amount of money for letting Roselo and his team test on them. And the more tests, they eventually became more and more inhumane but the progression of this human advancement became more apparent and he was reaching through another breakthrough in his studies. And when at times when he didn't have a human to test on, Emil became his own test subject and often implemented a series of tests. There had been a point where his study was going nowhere... until he discovered a breakthrough when playing with Demos's DNA simply out of curiosity. Atticus's body was no only large, he somehow had the strength of ten (or more) men. The speculation at first was that Roselo thought of him as a human born who continued to desire power... but his DNA showed that he wasn't even human in the first place. And behind Atticus's back... Emil was continuing to study his body and acquiring his organic samples to apply onto his study.

The results of his work led to combining and manipulating different sorts of DNA throughout different species... and other specimens; human or not. The help of Demos's DNA (that he managed to implement into his own body) did not negatively reacted to all of the tests he experimented onto himself, he found himself using his own DNA to mash with others. Most especially took many of his samples from cows (which he had an especially exceptional amount of knowledge about it) and often manipulated it to create a serum that could enhance a single person's ability. He called it The Mad Cow, because most of the test subject (besides him) that he inputted the serum into had ended up succumbing to mind deterioration or death from physical mutations... except for one.

liberia scientia, the exile

In the end his testing facility, to which he named it liberia scientia (the name of his old research facility that he descovered the cure for the Mad Cow disease) eventually came into light and it rapidly reached to the ears of his superiors in the Prodigal and was forced to shut it down before it reached the public's ear, followed by being suspended by the organization for who knows how long. Even though he couldn't succeed in finding a resolution in advancing human evolution, he felt satisfied that his work succeeded in the end. He retreated from the world and hidden away from the world. He left his wife and child behind and the Prodigal failed to seek him out.

However, if it wasn't for Atticus, especially when Emil had fooled him by playing with his feelings - his suspension from partaking in the Prodigal had ended. When its veteran Prodigal members assumed that he volunteered to leave his Administration member position permanently... but the truth was that Demos personally outcasted him and exiled him from the Prodigal. Atticus's affection towards Roselo felt betrayed, hence why he took this exile rather personally. Roselo wouldn't be surprised if Atticus had never mentioned him to anyone - and truly only him and its veteran Prodigal members (now dead) would know of his existence.

After leaving his wife and child, he attempted to reach out to Demos to ask for forgiveness. But stopped after the first couple of times he tried.

???

When curiosity comes, Atticus HAS attempted to find the whereabouts of Emil. But all records of him were wiped and even with the power of the Prodigal's growing organization, he still cannot pinpoint his existence anywhere in the world.

It wasn't until Atticus stepped down from his position of power and handed it to his wife. The Overseer was finding information that were blacked out and redacted from her files and spending too much time trying to decrypt these "erased" records of the first Prodigal members... she was curious of who "Emiliano Roselo" was.

Her search was during the period of when the Prodigal was threatened by D.Vin - an alias that James took when he became an information broker that knows of the Overseer's decryption patterns and models. It was convenient that it was Emil (under the alias of Milkfather) reached out to her, to inform the concerned leader about D's origin. In return, the Overseer would allow him to join the Prodigal once more. Even with very personal reasons (that Roselo refuses to explain), the leader gave him the position of "the President." When Atticus heard of his reappearance, Demos tried to use his Arbiter position to forbade the entrance of Roselo... but the Overseer continued to allow the Milkfather to stay.

Since then, the Milkfather has often clashed with his old acquaintance. Overtime the Overseer watched him carefully... but the only reason why she allowed him to become a Prodigal member in the first place, was to give him a chance of forgiveness. ...Or this is what she assumes.

a long journey to forgiveness

If one looks deep into Emil's records, Atticus was one of the prime figures in Roselo's adult-life prior to his exile. His success piqued the interest of the Prodigal's lone wolf leader and he wanted to mentor Emil himself. Atticus did not question, not only his loyalty, but the supposed deep desire that Emil had for him. Demos almost gave into Emil's affection (when in realization... was ACTUALLY an obsession), but when he found out that he was being used AND was cheated on... he outcasted him. From both his personal life... and professional life (the Prodigal). He demanded that he disappear, because of how angry he was.

But when he though Emil disappeared, it was just his luck that Atticus's own wife took the effort to bring him back. Whether it be out of spite of all the selfish, and possessiveness that Atticus had for her, he was now forced to interact with Emil in the newly formed Prodigal (after the new Overseer began to revamp the organization into something more ambitious).

It didn't take long for Atticus to open up to Emil. Milkfather knew that the Prodigal was everything to him. To a point where Atticus put his beloved wife and husband at the heart and core of the organization. Milkfather desired forgiveness, and he knew if he dedicated his life to the Prodigal - Demos would finally respect him once more. At first, he hated to admit that he still has feelings for Atticus, even if he was happily married to *two* people.

The Overseer, "Elois"

13562292_4PNs4PLtucu7KgR.jpg

Superior, a benefactor, an old "friend"

When Emil first met the Overseer, he was standing on the opposing affiliation. When D.Vin was looking for a way to expose the Prodigal and its the publicity to take it down entirely, he secretly used his own power to peer deeper into the secrets of the Overseer (with the help of D). D completely overlooked a detail that Emil was hyperfocused on: "E". This letter was an affiliation that Roselo was reminded with. And if he recalled correctly, it was someone he knew for only a few months before he went off to disappear once again. And to his speculation... "E" was indeed Elois - an individual (or moreso a persona) that he had an affinity towards.

D's intent was to make the Overseer suffer and Emil would have felt guilty if he didn't do anything. Thus he left D's side to personally reach out to the Overseer. To give her vital information in exchange for a personal meeting to further prove his speculation and to "touch base" since the days where Elois was no more than just a "personality." And in exchange for giving the Overseer the information she needed to have against D's attempt to "mass exposure," he wanted to become part of the Prodigal once more. Though when he got what he desired by the works of the "Elois" he didn't expect to see Atticus so soon.

On a personal level, Emil views the Overseer just about the same as when she was just a young woman: An ambitious woman worth of his respect... and affection. The latter might have gained Atticus's disfavor in the long run.

The Overseer did promise Emil something that had changed his mentality towards her. The Overseer and Hope (Atticus's most treasured people) are nothing more than just humans. And eventually both of them will only grow old, and Atticus will eventually will have a hard time trying to come into terms of their inevitable death. Their final wishes often involve the wellbeing of Atticus, and hope that Emil will stay with him until the end of time.

Agent Baron

407a5f27c96989742d9a7f2bb16b5ced.png

a subject, a "cavia porcellus"

When he first met the husband of the Overseer and Atticus, he wasn't impressed. How can a simple man like him earn the love and affection from the two most respected individuals? That question never left Emil's mind, and wanted to perform a series of tests to figure out possible result to his question. The Agent was offended when the man often referred to him as a "test subject" to his pleasure. Whenever Roselo had the spare time, quite often he'd do something to test Hope while he was in the middle of a mission. Whenever Hope was trying to undergo an espionage mission or retrieve something for the Overseer, Emil uses his wealth to hire people to get in his way. But everytime the Agent was able to get through his "tests" Emil has a strong desire to toy with him more.

Overtime Hope has gotten over his pesky little playful mood. Quite often Hope views him as someone as a "man who has nothing to do." He is quite perplexed when Roselo mentions that he'll "cut him open" or "find out why with his own *eyes*" or other phrases that hinted of attempting to mess with his body. But as creepy as he is, as long as Emil remains to be loyal to the Overseer and uses his powers to keep her safe, then he can't complain too much.

Teddy White

c9b9db24886d97b741e3ea90ae53b622.png

polar opposites, but allies nonetheless

Emil has no time to focus on military strategies or play "soldier" with a bunch of people that doesn't give him little to no use. Emil prefers to resolve things through basic logic, instead of using soliders and incite violence to achieve their goal. But when it calls for it, some of them may have to combine their brains to achieve what's needed for the Organization.

It's not strange to find the two of them butting heads in the middle of a meeting between Headmasters. Teddy, especially, doesn't like his personality. And when Emil tries to send them, the Commandant denies his offer as it often results in giving the President an "IOU" or the help would be more of a burden than actual help. Several occasions the Commandant has received a mysterious "Milkman Agent" for an extra body to fight, or his soldiers will recieve a surprise of milk bottles (when they're in the need of food). Theodore will always have something to say against his help.

D.Vin

13038535_DvU5JWlBRUv6Ysi.jpg

a temporary partner

Roselo thought he made sure his records about Libera Scientia were wiped out after the Milkman was created. But it appeared that James (Used D.Vin as an alias) used his knowledge to reach out to him in desperation to save his wife. It was a pity, when his wife passed as soon as Emil had finished preparing the serum. So out of comfort he stuck with him, watch his grief turn into anger. When he expected James to direct his anger to Emil, but instead his anger was set onto the Prodigal - who he accused them of the reason of her death. When it was clear that the Prodigal had very little cause of her passing; her health since birth made it inevitable to provide a longstanding lifespan.

The Milkfather stuck with him longer, when he found out that he had been meddling with the organization he was exiled in. For a while he entertained himself, watching D break open encrypted information that gave the both of them information the public could not have. D's plan was to expose them to public light, and watch them scramble into chaos. But when Milkfather suspected their leader was an old friend of his, he immediately wanted reach out to her asap.

After meeting the Overseer, the both of them were to convince James that the Prodigal was not worth destroying. In fact, it was the Overseer who suggested that he join them - as an apprentice.

Avery

886bb49b20df53605882ad81cc496394.png

his only son, alive and healthy

His only son was born prematurely, and suffered with health complications. He had days where he had difficulty breathing, and often fallen sick from the littlest of things. Despite that he was looked down as a young boy by other parents and peers in school, he was still loved and pampered by his mother and father. And Emil, as much as he was against it, used the serum on his own son. However this was around Emil was too busy with the Prodigal and lab, so he lacked giving attention to his own family. Soon enough he watched his parents break apart and settled with a divorce. His wife took custody of Avery, who was growing healthy by the second with the help of the serum, and Emil took this opportunity to leave to focus on his projects.

Avery was only in highschool before his mother passed away due to health complications. It wasn't long before Roselo heard the news. When he thought he could come back, he was already in good care by his former wife's last partner (before she passed away). So instead of playing the father figure to Avery once again, he only silently passed on money to support his son as his "mysterious patron" until he was a grown adult. However, Emil would still continue to send him money even if he was an adult. He thought this was the only way to show "love" to his own son from a distance.

When he wanted to keep his absence from Avery, not long before his son found out who his mysterious patron was. Worried that he was angry for being gone the most of his youthful period, he forgave him. Emil is still busy with his own things, but whenever the opportunity comes and he has nothing else to do, he'll make sure to say hi to Avery.

Paris (???)

b3606e76c5aa1f7c497a5c35ebe46e06.png

a wife and mother... long passed

Emil met Paris while he was barely starting his apprenticeship in the Prodigal. She was only a temporary model to a nearby company, but Emil thought of her as a goddess and her beautiful stuck out to any other woman he met. After a few more dates, Emil married her and they had a child soon after the honeymoon.

The last time Emil saw Paris, was when they finalized the divorce papers and she claimed custody over Avery. He'll admit he's ashamed for not being more present as a father himself, but never did he bother to look up his former wife's whereabouts. She was only in her fourties before she fell ill and died. She was buried at a nearby cemetary and Emil assumed he would leave it at that and he'll continue to support their Avery. However a wandering, demonic entity wanted to make a home for themselves - the spirit took the buried body and used it as a host for her endeavors with human beings.

While Mother Dearest continued with her life, she met Emil once again. She was confused as to why she had these sudden, mixed feelings at the sight of Roselo - thus she immediately drew herself closer to the Milkfather. Emil, of course, was absolutely shocked at the sight of her.
