Scilla holds the seat of Scorpio in the council of 12 that governs the Republic. As a leader, she is competent and extremely efficient, but is under a lot of stress a lot of the time. It doesn't help that Lene pushes a lot of her work onto Scilla.
The seat of Scorpio handles the military sector in the republic, so she often has a lot of outings to the wasteland. She comes off as calm and collected most of the time, but internally she's just very stressed. (so like, headcount here, she has three close friends, Tanya, Nuri and Lene, the first one has completely broken off from them, the second one fucked up his heart so he's left the job, and the third doesn't really do jack shit, makes sense why she's so stressed)

-has a lot of discussions with Nuri about history topics. has also been kicked out of a library before due to these discussions.
-her personality can be described as agreeable? i think? she's not very open but she's not unsociable either, people tend to feel comfortable around her. she also keeps a lot of stuff to herself, and only really opens up around her close friends
