Cora is a clothing seller on main street of Inkopolis! Her store is new, so she's always looking for customers to try on her fresh fashions! But before becoming a streetwear seller, she used to be part of a gang called the Sharks. As a young child, she and her twin brother were brought up and raised in the Sharks, bullying people, and beating the snot out of anyone who challenged them. She was the weapon maker, and the fashionista of the group. As she grew, she saw the effects of what gangs did, and how it caused chaos to innocent families, which didn't really sit well with her as time went on. So, she brought it up to her brother, who had become leader, with her as second in command. The two ended up in an argument, and a fight broke out. Eventually, the battle ended up in a draw, and Cora had decided to make her leave, and abandon the Sharks. Cora moved to the other side of Inkopolis, for something better in life...something that wouldn't cause chaos, but rather, bring people together.

Unlike her shy cousin Annie, Cora is a social butteryfly, and thrives in crowds. She hates being alone for too long, as the shadows on the walls remind her of the Sharks, and that's the last thing she wants. Even though she's a fashionista, she's rather clever, as she's able to create a gun out of pretty much anything, rivaling even Sheldon in terms of weapon creation. If you're in turf war, you certainly want Cora on your side.

• Despite being an adult, she doesn't have a driver's license. However, she does have a boating license. She can drive any boat, motorized or not.
• She's part of the Splatopolis witness protection program, and is one of the highest targets of the Sharks, if not the highest.
• The Splatopolis witness protection program actually has officers around her store at all times, with all of her workers being undercover officers. While it may seem like overkill, it's not. The Sharks send out hitmen every day to try and take Cora out, but the undercover officers always stop them before they can get to her.
• Captain Cuttlefish is the only person who's been able to get past the officers late at night, and offer Cora the oppertunity to be part of the Squidbeak Platoon.
