Following the events of Dagrsrift, Rosa Amaranth refuses to give up on her lost friend Lavender. And when a clue to her location leads Rosa and Cerulean to the oceanside tourist destination of Lapis Lagoon, they soon discover what appears to be a luxurious vacation spot is hiding a sinister coverup.
