Bio

He’s big, he’s tough, he’s reckless, and he’s taking Jiyukoku State by storm! It’s Maxy!  Baker Entertainment’s burning star is not afraid to get outrageous. Maxy is a wild child and he's proud of it. He lives life loud! Goes with the flow! If anyone doesn't like it, they can kiss his----wait, he can't say that in front of his mom! A misunderstood rebel with a heart of gold, Maxy brings a passion to the stage no one else can replicate. Thousands of adoring fans agree! They also all want to touch his hair, which can be considered a national treasure. He’d lead his own motorcycle gang if he had a driver’s license, but he doesn’t need any of those things to spread his message to the youth of Jiyukoku: Sometimes, you just gotta shake things up!

Personality

Maxy is every bit as over the top as his onstage persona leads people to believe. He’s authentic. He’s easily marketable because he looks cool enough to impress other teenagers, but isn’t threatening enough to concern parents. No one told him the second part. Though he likes to think of himself as cool and rebellious, he immediately turns into a fanboy the minute someone cooler/more rebellious comes along. That isn’t to say he’s not his own brand of trouble. Maxy lives by impulse. If he doesn’t find something interesting, he’s not going to try very hard at it; if someone wrongs him, he will fight back. This can lead to some wildly irresponsible decisions on his part. On the flip side, he’s very passionate about things he’s interested in, going to great lengths to learn and understand them. He learned how to work on his own lighting fixtures, for example. When he takes a liking to someone, he aims to be their biggest (and loudest) supporter. He wears his heart on his sleeve. That’s close enough to a tattoo, right?

Backstory

Maxy's mom had been struggled to keep a roof over her children's heads after the death of her husband. As a result, they didn't get to see her very often and were left to hold the fort down, cooking, cleaning, and keeping up with their homework. Maxy instead ran off to play with friends, leaving Toni to do most of the housework. One day, he dragged Toni along to goof off at the gas station with his best friend Yoshinori. They decided to sing (badly) and some rich guy named Benji Baker recruited them to be a part of his talent company. A couple weeks and some parental consultation later, the three boys were stars! Maxy and Toni could finally help their mom out and not have to worry about money! Maxy named the band Teacher's Nightmares, since he was a class clown, Yoshi slept in class, and Toni tended to struggle in school. Some jerk named Higgy didn't approve of the new "talentless hacks," and often butt heads with Maxy. Eventually, Toni and Yoshi left the band, and Maxy went solo, becoming the biggest solo artist Benji's company has ever seen. 

Relationships

Higgy - "Stuck up dirty brother-stealer!" Maxy loves getting under Higgy's skin. It's so easy to do~! He knows it burns him up that he's more popular than Hinito just by being his natural self. But on the flip side....Toni, uhhh, really idolizes this guy. Toni never looked up to Maxy that way, even as kids! What gives? What's Higgy doing that Maxy isn't, other than be snooty and stuck up? Maxy thinks Higgy tries way too hard to be cool, but then again, not everyone can be a natural like him. Higgy occasionally strikes fear into Maxy, but like heck if Maxy will let anyone know that. 

Nicky - "Good old Nicky!" Maxy thinks Nicky's a swell guy! He's too goofy and nice to mess with, so Maxy's pranks always "conveniently" miss him. He also feels like he's able to confide in Nicky whenever he's feeling under the weather. Maxy would do the same for him, too. 

Toni - "Tattletale!" Maxy tormented Toni on the regular basis, but Toni always found ways to fight back. However, if anyone else messed with his little brother they'd be sure to hear from Maxy in the form of a beating. When they were in a band together, Maxy never listened to Toni's suggestions because they required things like "work" and "effort". He didn't mind when Toni eventually left, and in a satisfying turn of events, it gave him a chance to annoy Higgy too. However, he started to notice how much Toni looks up to Higgy and started feeling kinda jealous. Toni is his little brother, not Higgy's! Maxy also notices that Higgy gets along better with him than he does.... It makes Maxy a bit self-conscious.

Kenji - "Sensei's pretty cool. But do we have to do this homework?" Maxy has always been a class clown and doesn't plan on stopping now.  He's convinced that Kenji secretly enjoys the flavoring he brings to classroom discussions. It helps break up the monotony, you know? He still respects Kenji greatly, though, and brings him plants and flowers when he wants to get on Kenji's good side. It doesn't help him get better grades though.

Benji - "Benji's A-okay by me!" Maxy feels like he owes his success to Benji for noticing some kind of potential in him, Yoshi, and Toni. If it hadn't been for Benji, his family might not be able to make ends meet. Maxy thinks Benji's a pretty fun guy for a CEO big boss guy. Plus, Benji lets the idols do fun stuff when Kenji's not looking. Maxy is proud to be Benji's most popular idol.

Tsuki - "Tsuki's cool, I guess. Toni deals with her more than I do." Maxy appreciates that Tsuki befriended Toni. She's cool (unlike Higgy), and she also has a pet cat that Maxy likes taking care of but doesn't want to admit it.
