Personality

Ivair has a calm nature with an amiable disposition. Always with a small smile, Ivair appears very inviting, if not a little ditzy/air-headed at times. While Ivair won’t turn away a conversation, he may appear rather distant as he is often seeing through other being’s eyes. 

He is very curious about how those with life live life and enjoys setting himself in other being’s souls, silently observing their journeys through life. While seeing the silver linings is a nice trait to have, Ivair often sees the good side of things too much, even when the bad...is quite bad. One can say, Ivair is a bit too disconnected with the reality of things even if he is the one of the creators of his world. Perhaps, he just prefers to turn a blind eye to it (//coughs since Viserys can deal with all that crap). 

As a lover of music, Ivair immensely enjoys listening to music and will even masquerade as a travelling musician in the mortal realm at times. He is sometimes even mistaken for the Deity of Music. However, Ivair does not know how to play instruments and instead cheats the sounds using his powers (tsktsk Ivair, cheating away like that //imagines scene of him playing beautiful music and he steps away but the instrument still strumming along on its own 8D).

Brought into a universe where Creators are trained to create and govern over other Universes. In this universe, symmetry is power, anyone with uneven features are seen as lower beings and they were typically less powerful. Ivair was born into the Light faction, blessed with many uneven wings and different eyes, Ivair was immediately seen as weak. His even temperament and tendency to always smile often agitated his peers. Often bullied and shunned, Ivair learned to keep to himself and take what was given to him. Never fighting back, Ivair spent a majority of his time calmly nursing his injuries. He had already accepted this way of life until he met Viserys. 

Ivair meeting Viserys was like him seeing da LIGHT //coughs okok. For Ivair, it was like seeing a new path in this world. His blind loyalty led him to ignore much of Viserys’ questionable morals. While he would sometimes ask Viserys to be more gentle or rethink whatever, Ivair would never stop Viserys if Viserys wanted to proceed anyway (it's great really).  

Throwing a shawl at Ivair, Viserys told Ivair to follow him unless he wanted to die in this dump of a world. And thus, their friendship began. They would train together and Viserys pushed Ivair to stop being such a pushover. Ivair admired Viserys’ determination and sheer willpower to push his limits and applied that to his own training, eventually overpowering many of his peers. While his peers were still more afraid of Viserys (this dangerous cocky boi ;3; ) than Ivair, they slowly began to fear Ivair as Ivair began to out-maneuver them at their own shenanigans, always with a classic pleasant smile. In a way, Ivair was just as scary, but in that “what is he thinking” way. Ivair’s skill in applying magic in theory to reality is terrifying and his way of weaving his magic through the laws based on his whims is inimitable.

Ivair didn’t think destroying the world was necessary, but Viserys made it his goal. And so, Ivair was right beside Viserys every step of the way. 

Viserys and Ivair force their way out of their dying world, Viserys is severely injured and ends up losing memories of their past (regains them later //I love amnesia arcs OHOHOHO). Ivair carries Viserys to safety, using his and a part of Viserys’ reserves to create a brand new universe. Ivair locked themselves in it and nurtured the universe while Viserys recovered.

• Viserys absorbs a bit of Ivair’s life force and gives himself a tattoo that mirrors Ivair as an oath of trust (BLOODBROTHERSnotreallyjk)
• There is rarely any physical intimacy between them, the amount of physical contact they had can be counted on one’s hand lol
