Eugenie is Charlene's mother, and Charlene is definitely her daughter all over--they both possess a killer instinct. Where Eugenie is blunt and up-front, Charlene is seemingly sweet and innocent, which arguably makes her more effective at her work than her mother is. Eugenie sometimes does not know how to feel about this, but is generally supportive of Charlene. Charlene is glad for this--one would not want to disappoint Eugenie!

Bosch is Charlene's father, and she is the apple of his eye. Charlene learned how to charm mortals by watching her father, and now the student has become the master! Bosch, in spite of being evil, loves his family, and is very proud of Charlene. This pleases Charlene a great deal, and she does her best to live up to Bosch's name.

Hylton is Charlene's older brother, but turned out to be less precocious when it came to harvesting souls. For this reason, there has always been a degree of sibling rivalry between the two. Hylton is laid-back and does not really want to harm mortals, which Charlene finds hilarious. Still, Charlene cares for her brother and does what she can to encourage him in their shared work.

Annabelle is Charlene's older sister, and is her polar opposite, behaving in a kind and loving manner. Charlene was thus dismayed, but not altogether shocked, when Annabelle left the family to join the army of angels. For her part, Charlene despises her sister--she views her as an embarrassment to the family. Annabelle does her best to be charitable in her thoughts towards Charlene, but also has no intention to associate with her further.

Candy is a well-meaning mortal who accidentally summoned Charlene and her family while attempting to perform a love spell. Charlene was delighted by this turn of events--Candy is exactly the sort of sweet young thing that Charlene enjoys corrupting. Candy knows that Charlene is evil, but cannot help but to be drawn to her. If Candy is not careful, Charlene is going to put her in a world of hurt.

Christopher is Charlene's quarry Candy's younger half-brother, and so Charlene has come to know him by extension. He is highly loyal to and protective of Candy, and thus he despises Charlene. Charlene sees Christopher as an interesting challenge--his fiery temperament intrigues her. She has thus set her efforts towards corrupting him, albeit with little success.

To Charlene's dismay, Roslyn is Candy's best friend. This is unfortunate for Charlene, because Roslyn is a spirit with a few tricks up her sleeve, who is very protective of Candy, and who does not like demons one bit. At her worst, Roslyn is vindictive, crafty, and spiteful. Charlene may soon be sorry that she responded to Candy's call!

Bart is a medium who Candy has hired in an attempt to rid herself of Charlene and her family. While Bart professes to be on Candy's side, the truth is that he is for no one but himself--he is amoral at best and heartless at worst. Charlene sees him as an easy mark, and is currently using her feminine wiles to convince Bart to hand Candy over to her. Bart is considering her offer, but he had better be careful, as Charlene is not one to keep her promises.

Charlene is not at all fond of Song, as Song is an angel with whom Roslyn has formed an alliance in order to keep Charlene and her family away from Candy. Song immediately recognizes evil when it comes before them, and thus they are entirely immune to Charlene's attempts at charm. This drives Charlene to vexation, and also makes her frightened--if she cannot woo Song, how can she possibly hope to defend herself against them? Song, for their part, has no use for Charlene, and they see her as a grotesque nuisance.
