Chip is the oddball of the family, irritable, brash, and snappy. To outsiders at least. He helps keep tabs on Gregors Hellions for the Diodato family, keeps some of their basset hounds, and will commonly help the Diodatos 'bloodhound' unit to track people down for them. He's a gifted thief and helped teach Arnie.

He and his twin Dale are fairly opposites, though Chip adores his brother, he does usually think "God ye' are a feckin' idiot."

He has two kids of his own, twin daughters Neasa and Nuala who are eerily similar. Neasa and Nuala are close with Arnie, and are both learned pick-pockets. They primarily use this to get the tab off of passed out drunks before sending them home in a cab.

Chip himself gets along well with his family, but can be abrasive, he's a tough love kinda' guy. Except toward his girls and his wife, he's a downright sweetheart with them.

In keeping said Bassets, he's gotten more than a few scars from them.
