Alastor was the last of the six progenitor demons to join the rebellion in Heaven, and although his time during the war was short, it was not without import. He has always been strange for an angel, being standoffish and showing a tendency to brush off his orders if they didn't interest him, but he has always been a fierce member of the Powers. His change of heart and subsequent joining of the rebellion turned the tides temporarily in the rebellion's favor. However, the battles that followed almost cost him his life- although Azrael saved him, he has permanently lost healing in one of his wings, and still suffers lasting health concerns even as a demon, as it was his core itself that was damaged. Alastor is aggressive at times and still loves combat, but these days he has calmed down and is content to pursue his own happiness. The Terrestrial Plane hardly recognizes him as one of the six progenitor demons, simply because he hasn't meddled in human affairs all that much and only visits in disguise to sample their cuisine or fetch specific items.
- alastor has two noticeably large moles under his right eye, and a light dusting of freckles on his face, torso, and arms
- his lower left wing is torn up and has crooked feathers sticking out of it sometimes
- he's very expressive and bares his fangs a lot
- he has many old scars on his body, evidence of what couldn't completely heal due to his damaged core.
Alastor was trained with many weapons while still in the service of the angels, and was one of the strongest soldiers as far as raw power is concerned. However, unlike his comrades, he lacked discipline; rather, he was never too devoted to the Sleeping Gods in the first place, and often found the jobs assigned to him to be without much meaning. He is very devoted to a task when he agrees with it, but always felt that his power was being merely used instead of directed towards a worthy goal.
As a Power, he was often tasked with removing threats that the Dominions had discovered, and had known and worked with Pytho for much of that career. When Pytho and Lucifer began plotting the rebellion, Pytho extended an invite for him to join, but at the time, he refused on account of not thinking it would work. Watching the First War unfold, however, and seeing how much the rebellion was able to accomplish, changed his mind - he joined them towards the end of the war and fought for change. He soon found that simply being accepted amongst them gave Alastor a sense of meaning and belonging, and ever since, he has been fiercely devoted to their protection and their cause. He, like the other rebels, was banished from Heaven after losing the war, but although he now bears a distaste for angelkind, he has found himself content simply to not have rules enforcing his lifestyle anymore.

- Alastor took the worst damage out of all of the progenitor demons during The First War, and sometimes becomes frustrated with having to deal with aches and pains, but will always say that it was worth it.
- He admires humanity to some extent, and will even occasionally help them out against foreign threats - without anyone knowing it was him.
- These days, he's gotten pretty relaxed compared to his younger self, and he enjoys napping and doing things at his own pace.
- He displays the gentle side of himself to few, but it's most prominent when he's around his partner, Azrael. He has the capacity to be very kind, even if calling him out on it makes him embarrassed.
