An island of Andriaana somewhere in the middle of the ocean, where six canine packs live their lives without human intervention.
Things would be pretty peaceful for the inhabitants of the island, if there weren't the somewhat supernatural religion, Lahko, trying to convert everyone - either by choice or by force.
Nimro
- Nimro is a talkative and excitable mudball, who doesn't know what personal space means. She is very childish and everything is either fun or nasty to her, and her attention span is approximately the length of a blink of her eyes.
Appearance
- Nimro is very skinny, but has a fluffy coat that hides her body pretty well. The fur is gray with white, black and red markings, and because she likes to splash in all sorts of puddles and roll around in every kind of mud pit, it's always pretty dirty and tangled.
- She has very long cat-like whiskers.
- Her eyes are so light gray they're practically white, and they never point in the same direction.
- Regardless of her mood, her lips are turned upwards and usually stretched into a wide smile. She does often genuinely smile too, but bringing the corners of her mouth down take a serious effort.
Fun facts
- Nimro means reverie in the fictional language of Lahko. Nayrem means a nutcase in lahko, as does Kaistapää in finnish.
- She has some sort of faceblindess as well as a poor eyesight in general. Her sense of smell is also weak, and usually she recognizes canines she knows best by their voice.
- She is demiromantic asexual.
- Hurme didn’t want to be seen hanging out with someone named nutcase, so she gave Nayrem/Kaistapää the new name Nimro.
- Off-game her name comes from Camicazi of How to train your dragon -series, who is called Kaistapää in the finnish version, and while the characters are nothing alike, that's where she got her name. Nimro comes actually from Tolkien Nimrodel, but apparently nimrod means a completely clueless person, and that's kinda fitting lol.
- Nimro was created in 2011.

Nimro's mom/aunt died when their puppies were still young and they were more or less raised by their peculiar dad/uncle.

siblings
Some of Nimro's siblings drowned as puppies, others just left to live their own lives. Nimro doesn't spare too many thoughts on thinking back to any of them.
