Design Notes

Her mouth's interior is white and cascades to blue towards her throat.

Don’t be afraid to make the hair horns HUGE.

Teeth are made of a frosty, foggy ice. It can have a little shading...as a treat.

Ice is always refreezing to new shapes so don't feel like they have to be like previous dtawings of it. Just try to get general shaps down instead of specifics.

If possible, ice can be drawn to be transparent. I know this is a hassle so it's optional, but it would look super swaggy if you did..

Summary

Snowflake is a cherub with the power to control ice and snow. Her creation is a rather odd tale, beginning with a powerful love being named Romeo Romantique. Even though he was a Cupid, he was filled with intense pain and loneliness as his lover had turned away from him.

She didn’t die or anything. They just had a little argument because he left the toilet seat up.

But this was enough to invoke a dramatic reaction from Romeo. His wife had given him the COLD SHOULDER. Feeling so cold and alone, his tears froze into solid ice as they rolled away from his cheeks. The frozen tears collected together to form an infant, thus bringing Snowflake into the world.

Frost's Bite

While Romeo was made to bring lovers together, Snowflake was made to do quite the opposite. She gets a real kick out of seeing relationships splinter, whether familial, lovers, or friends. She’s found that negativity helps amplify her powers! Unfortunately, the way she found that out was by….kind of playing a part in her parents' divorce.

Whoops.

With more powers surfacing as she grew and more negative outcomes arising, Romeo decided that they needed a change. Without a second thought, Romeo moved him and Snowflake out of the mystical land of Kentucky and into the typical land of Mahou Wando. Here, he’s hoping that she can learn to harness and control her powers to bring people together like her dear old dad.

However. Snowflake is planning quite the opposite. She dreams of taking Mahou Wando by storm to become the most powerful magic user in the universe! She refuses to let such things as friendship and other goofy mushiness distract her from her goal to become the very next Agatha! And the first step to this dream is becoming a patroller! Unfortunately, this dream will most likely remain as just a daydream with her terrible attitude and recklessness.

Trivia

• She is an ENORMOUS crybaby and will sob if things do not go her way. These tears freeze before they can even roll down her cheeks, making her look ridiculous.
• Despite her bad attitude, she loves her father to pieces. No matter what she does, he’ll always comfort her with a warm embrace.
• She wasn’t aware that there were other magic users other than her father and herself. She is secretly very amazed by all the Mahous she has encountered thus far but refuses to vocalize it.
• She technically isn’t an ice elemental so fire powers wouldn’t necessarily harm her. However, it’s positivity! If anybody started going on about the powers of friendship, she would get very weak and squeamish.
• I want my Mahous to be very diverse in terms of personality! Snowflake is an absolute goblin, as I thought this would make some exciting dynamics! I can see her being someone’s moon! I also don’t plan to write her as some grand antagonist hunting others for sport. She’s just a little ghoul whose melting icy heart will be an adventure of its own. I look forward to having incredible experiences with Cold Heart and you all!

Romeo Romantique
Romeo is Snowflake’s father! While she thinks that he can be a bit….too mushy for her taste, she can’t deny that he has always been there for her. She is more than happy that he could enroll her in Agatha Academy. She wants to do her very best in school to become the best Mahou and make her father proud. Maybe it’d make up for all the mistakes she can’t stop making…

Linda Lovesick
Linda Lovesick is Snowflake’s mother! These two have zoom calls every week for ultimate Girlboss hours. While she admires her mother’s Girlboss factual nature, she favors Romeo’s affectionate nature more. She hopes she isn’t mad at her for what happened.

Cass
Cass is Cold Heart’s roommate and training partner! At first, Cold Heart was intimidated by Cass’ etherealness and vertical advantage. Then, however, she realized in no time at all that they were a big NERD. She’s taken it upon herself to train Cass on how to be a Girlboss like herself! Cass is not aware of this, though.

Ad Lib
At first, Cold Heart thought Ad Lib was a whole clown. And turns out they are! But she’s also learned that the two are them are shockingly similar. No matter what Cold Heart says or does, they don’t think of her as negative, which she thinks she appreciates??, Cold Heart is more than happy for them to be her lackey.

Unico
Oh, Unico. What is there not to say about Unico? There is no way that Cold Heart could verbally put into words the very deep and very complex conversations they have. But she can try. Unico Unico Unico UNICO Uni…co??? UniCOOOO Unico…..….okay, so Cold Heart actually has no clue what Unico says, but she figures they probably go on about how cool she is!! What’s important is that Unico is not only a friend but a UNICORN!! COME ON NOW, WHAT’S COOLER THAN THAT!?!? They’ve also shown to be EXTREMELY powerful, which is very concerning but come on uni-corn go twankle!!

Captain EuroB
EuroB is VERY LOUD. Which means that they have the making of a great leader! They have requested that Cold Heart join their alliance club, which she agreed to! She is very excited to see what this is all about and show everyone just how much of a unique asset she is! She can also make WICKED ice cream bowls and popsicles, so that has an account for something, right???
