A story that follows demon-huntress Mary and fallen angel Nimrod across Reconstruction Era America, off in pursuit of demons from past and future in attempt to uncover the root of human evil.
A cobbled-together partnership built on Mary's good will.
More appropriately, Baxter and his entourage. More accurately than that, Baxter and his own two miserable excuses for friends as an untouchably-high-profile archdemon.
"Instigators" are what Baxter would call them-- together, Alex, Wesley and Clyde form Wesley's unofficial posse. They can't stand to be without each other for long.
A very small glimpse into Baxter's legions, comprised of Demons and Devils alike, with these being the more-prominent-- missing among them is a demon named Tyrus who'd defected, but undoubtedly continues to cause chaos on his own accord. Augustine, too, would have formerly part of this category, and both are considered to have a death-wish for leaving. These individuals are directly involved in the effort to capture Nimrod.
An archdemon occasionally in Baxter's court, and his cohorts who meander about Baxter's tower in Ramón's absence.
