Pegasnow's Links
For a long time, Holly thought Riley was too drunk and incompetent to ever catch on to her secret. Of course, she was frequently just as far out of her gourd on something or other, so the two of them were a perfect match for eachothers' wits in that way.
She frequently snipes at Riley's status as a private investigator, questioning if she's really running a business or if she's just some curious lady in a coat with a camera and a notebook. Riley would probably do a better job in Holly's profession than she has been, though.
Peep is like her little sister, despite being leagues ahead of Camellia in terms of sheer power.
She puts on a brave face for her, tries to show her what a normal life is like, and generally aims to serve as a role model for how Peep could exist in the world even after she's been cast out from the groups of mercenaries and demon hunters that she was "born" into.
Camellia isn't exactly well-adjusted herself, but Peep is younger and had it worse for longer, so it works out somehow.
Camellia doesn't talk about her own dad much, if she has one, but she sure thinks Tom is an alright guy.
Between the two of them and Peep, there's a definite "found family" thing going on. And Tom is the dad.
They've both saved one another's lives at some points. Camellia feels that it would be hard for the group to recover if Tom died. He's just a normal dad, better than most dads, and he's still following them into encounters with gods and monsters...
She thinks his daughter June is cool too, although it's hard to say if Camellia wants to be friends or if she's trying to flirt with her. This is a common problem whenever she's talking to other girls.
They seem like they probably know a lot about which plants are safe to eat, because they keep picking them and eating them. I haven't actually asked?
They seem good-natured, and they don't hide their intentions, so I trust them!
