To the west of the arctic biome is the lush, humid jungle: Qeetu. But don't be fooled, traveler. The oasis may look fruitful, but it, too, comes with dangerous challenges. The day-to-day ranges from falling in quicksand, to hunting boa constrictors, to encountering the larger local felines, jaguars. The cats there may bask in the sun, nibble on colorful flowers and herbs, and dance with monkey companions, but by the age of 5 moons they've already seen many horrors the jungle has to offer to their meager eyes. Their villages house a large number of fearsome felines willing to protect their families, friends, and neighbors, conditioned by the jungle.
