Set in a familliar blue dot from space, An Odd Collection of Storys is nothing more than a library of stories about people and their lives in our world. It’s a mix of shorter and longer tales, coming from different folks. We’ve got stories about companions who formed their found family, kids finding a home, misadventures of friendship, going through adversary and loss, and learning to heal and love [again]. We hope you'll enjoy what they have to share :]
This is a project I’ve worked on since I was 11, and hopefully it could keep going! This does include themes of mental health, trauma, and grief. But I’m working on making this content as audience-friendly as possible, atleast PG-13, since I originally made this for younger readers.
Fun facts!
- I’m currently focused on the first 4 major stories, but there’s a lot more! Hopefully I could get to them hehe.
- For the current stories, it takes place in 2015-2016.
- However there would be other time periods depending on the story.
- This folder isn’t sorted by story or main characters, but by places and families! There’s no one “main character”, but rather a mix of characters. Some could be the “main” in one and then the “side” in the next.
- Planning to make this a webcomic series!
- The acronym is “aocos”, but I prefer calling it “odd storys” lol. Misspelled on purpose!
- Yes the places are fictional.
- This was originally gonna be sci-fi, untill I said screw world-building.

MAPLEBARK WOODS
Here lies a little forest where people live, with houses scattered across the place. It's been filled with those who have a heart in nature [or they just don't want to leave their childhood home]. If cottage-living is your calling, you'll might enjoy here~
Fun facts:
- In the center of the woods is a little town called Littlewild! It has a population of 75, with Dazey as their "mayor" [since she's more of a mascot].
- Another common living places is the southeast area called "The Other Pines", which you'll find cottages scattered around.

A lil’ family living in a house around the Amberwood area, a single dad and his four adoptive kids. Fun fact: they’re going be main characters on the first two stories of Our Odd Little World!
Just a nice ol’ couple living in the wooden cottage on Bluebelle Cliff.
An old man and his two grand nephews that lives in a cabin nearby the river.
Loose stitches? Leaking parts? Missing buttons? Worry not, the Stuffed Toy Hospital can cover it! In a small building at Littlewild you’ll find Granny Lola patching up the beloved toys of many, with the help of her crew of course!
SUNNY DAY FARMS
Originally founded by Sunner “Sunny” Day alongside his companions Gunner R. and Burner Jones [“they were best friends because their names rhyme/j”] once their time in military service was over, and overtime several families joined in the collaboration as well. Believe it or not, the ranch here has become home to such a close-knitted community. And call it hackneyed, but they’re not just a crew, they’re family!
Fun facts:
⁃ The wi-fi password is “DRJAWOM”. Good luck figuring out what that means.

One big family over here! Quite funny how everyone's english name starts with an A.
Work really well with flowers.
They aren’t actually from families here, they just visit the farm so often! Mostly fellow friends of the other kids.
BRIGHT COLOR CITY
Not quite a city, not quite a suburb, but certainly a place painted with colorful buildings! They are no fancy Hollywood, but this town is certainly a place of many hidden talents and optimistic people.
Fun facts:
- This place is actually the nearest to Maplebark Woods and Sunny Day Farms!
- Which is why you'll see many kids and grown-ups from those locations coming to school and work in here.
- Sometimes it feels like music can be found playing on every corner of this town.
Say hello to a newly wedded couple and their family! No one told them that getting along would be easy-
Where the students are dysfunctional and the teachers are tired. Atleast they’re trying their best!
Of course, there are so many more locations around here! Our stories just don’t visit here as often.
