UH... Uh... the simplest way to summarize up her emotions is a simple NO.
What in the world even was this guy?! She initially felt bad when he came into the hospital with wires under his skin, he seemed like a nice guy- but then all of a sudden he lost it and blew a hole in the wall and then injured the security that tried to stop him from doing who knows what to the hospital's GENERATOR, THAT PEOPLE NEED TO LIVE. Had it not been for her luckily changing from a fire type into a ground type temporarily and stopping him with an Earthquake, he could've killed those people!
Needless to say, the experience really shook Damita up, even made her falsely paranoid about somehow losing her job over it. And the fact that he escaped the hospital makes it worse-- he could be anywhere now, he could be hurting someone else!! At least some people are looking for him... they better not let him really kill someone. Damita, for one though, just wants to forget about him, because his memory is far from pleasant, and chances are she's had a few nightmares about the incident. It's solid to say she wouldn't ever forgive him.

If you could imagine the deepest sigh being inhaled and then exhaled as slowly as possible, that'd pretty accurately describe how he feels about this one.
There's a mixture of shame, embarrassment, and anger involved. How was he supposed to know he would piss off the mayor of a new and small desert town by doing what he does in any other part of TMV and starting a fight in a bar?! And furthermore, that she would ban him from her town for it?! In reality, he had it coming to him completely for acting like an asshole and disregarding her warnings about this place being a peaceful town. Pissing off a world leader was not something he intended to do in his free time... but it's not like TMV and Magnolian relationships weren't already crumbling away.
Even though his only justification for his actions is that he didn't anticipate the place to respond so badly to violence, he's still angry at her and the town forevermore for banning him. Like he even had a way to know she disliked bar fights, she keeps herself out of the public eye.
Ultimately, he just wants to avoid all talk of the oasis for the rest of his life and kind of hopes the place never becomes anything more than a small little town out of the way of relevancy. And while he would never go out of his way to do this on his own, if the two nations just so happened to get into a war.... and the oasis just so happened to be somewhere Magnolia wanted to attack... He'd do everything in his power to make sure he was the one to lead an attack to destroy the place.
You destroyed my girlfriend's forest, I will destroy your future. But not you physically because that'd be cruel.
He seems like he has a lot of baggage.....sweet kid though.
He's annoying, but he's one of the last people that will tolerate her and her erratic behavior. Although he annoys her greatly, she values the time they spend together to some degree. She only wishes he'd stop trying to help her so damn much.
She doesn't know Liselotte's name, only her screenname. Liselotte frequents Phoebe's ConspiracyCentral forum, so Phoebe has talked with her quite a bit, and is impressed with her knowledge on legends and the folktales surrounding them. She gets the feeling from talking online that Liselotte is much younger than her (and she would be correct), and so unfortunately tends to look down on her a bit.
Justin is not fond of Irving, to say the least. They never really got along at Aneira's sleepover party, and certainly haven't enjoyed each other's company since. He finds Irving to be grating and annoying, with no sense of tact or consideration for manners. If they never see each other again, Justin will be grateful!
Phoebe's unofficial protege! She met Irving through working on the project to build Ezekiel a new arm, and has been very impressed by his bright young mind. She is very proud of his progress, and pulled a few strings to get him a job at her company, Astrotech. Sometimes she wishes he was a little less (seemingly) full of himself, and a little less in the way of her relationship with Ezekiel... but that doesn't matter to her as much. The real wedge between the two of them came when she decided to tell Irving her family story, and her suspicions about her brother, and he completely dismissed her feelings urging her to give up on looking for him. She still has high hopes for Irving, but he will have to work to build back her personal trust in him.
Liselotte was one of Sandra's first friends when she moved to Aqua Vitae, and for that, she will always be special to Sandra. Liselotte stepped in to save her when Zekiye (as Jirachi) attacked her and destroyed part of her house, and also, completely voluntarily, took it upon herself to recover all of Sandra's beloved scrapbooks that Aclyone portalled all over the world during her raid on Callisto's lair. She feels indebted to Liselotte, and wants to repay the favor some day. On the other hand, however, she does feel a bit put off by Lise's eccentric hatred of Fairy-types. After all, Sandra grew up in Fairy Vale and knows first-hand that none of these nasty rumors are true. Why does Liselotte have to be so judgmental against people she's never met? It rubs her the wrong way, so whenever Lise mentions something regarding the subject, she tries her best to either counter it or ignore it.
Nereida is Rhea's sibling.... well, half-sibling. They're about a thousand years apart in age, so they were never raised together, and didn't know each other as children. They did meet each other once millennia ago, but Rhea was disappointed by her little sibling's cowardice, and basically told her to become stronger before coming to meet her again. Just recently, Nereida returned to Thunder Mountain to meet Rhea again, and Rhea was much more impressed with her fighting skills and newfound bravery. Despite being siblings, they still don't know each other quite that well, but Rhea does want to get to know Nereida better soon.
A thousand years ago, he struck up a deal with Callisto - eternal youth in exchange for a lifetime of servitude. However, when Callisto was imprisoned in her tomb as punishment, she forgot to....say, cancel his subscription. So this immortal child was left with no master and an appetite for mischief for a whole millennium. Now she's back, the child who now calls himself Lucifer is afraid that she'll take away his wish (and thus his life) for disobeying her. Whether or not he sincerely likes Callisto is up for debate.
The triangle tattoos under his eyes are a symbol of Jirachi, something she used to make all her servants get.
Az tried his best to work alongside Callisto to accomplish his goals of getting to the other side of the world, but her betrayal sent him into a blinding rage, kickstarting the events that lead to his death. If he had managed to survive, he still would never have forgiven her.
CeCe was the first person Aruza talked to after waking up from stasis, taking up the guise of being a tourist in order to ask them a bunch of questions about their village and gather information in xyr head on just what exactly was going on in the world. Sure enough, CeCe proved to be helpful and pointed Aruza in the right direction, and though xe couldn't show much of it externally, xe was very grateful for their help.
It's a bit of a shame, too, for CeCe offered to travel with xem but xyr travel paths didn't match up, and also wanted xem to visit their family's bakery, but xe didn't have money and thus had to skip out on the offer.
If xe ever sees them again, xe would want to pursue a more definitive relationship with them, but as it is xe will just remember them for being a helpful person to stumble upon.
Liselotte's is Myla's... well, unique friend with a big imagination.
She's a very cute person to hang around with a charming enthusiasm and energy, and Myla likes talking to her, but Myla could also do without being dragged into some sort of supernatural fantasy hunt she made up in her head every time she wants to hang out with her. Still, even if she doesn't really believe or take her enthusiasm for the paranormal seriously and only plays along, she's happy to have this cute little friend in a neighboring place. Really, she's just happy to have more friends in general....
In a nutshell: R E G R E T
In what started as a bad idea in xyr mind and ended as a bad idea in reality, Aruza allowed this mortal to come with xem to (what xe though would be) an infiltration of Yve's palace, figuring as long as they stayed close and weren't caught this could potentially go through with no consequences and she would get to see the Yveltal Palace she wanted to see. Instead, Aruza didn't anticipate there being guards at the front entrance, and it ended in an awkward confrontation face-to-face with Yve with Liselotte shivering in terror behind xem. Leaving the place with Liselotte in tears, Aruza immediately regretted xyr stupidity and apologized to Liselotte, but with xyr identity already exposed and the damage already being done, xe could only offer to walk her home and let her be.
And let her be is what xe intends to do, except for spending a couple days afterwards scraping together enough money to buy her a little apology gift and leave it on her door. It's somewhat too bad for xem, because xe is wondering why this girl knows so much about legendaries and has a friendship with Palkia, but xe isn't willing to ask about it now.
To sum it up in a nutshell: what the hell did I do and what are you
Elmir met Callisto once after mistakenly believing he accidentally knocked down her and the large amounts of candy she was carrying (in truth, she had tripped over her own robe and into him). Feeling guilty over it, especially when she faked hurting her arm, he went ahead and offered to buy back all the candy she had lost, and said nothing when he suspected she was milking it for even more than he originally bought; he did have the money for it, after all, and figured this was him doing something sweet for a little child.
...Except that after a brief chat, she revealed herself not to be a child at all, but instead Jirachi, and offered him a wish after teleporting sand when he asked her to prove it. Elmir ended up asking a lot of questions about how it worked and though he came up with a few ideas, he ultimately didn't know what to use this one wish on, but was told if he ever wanted to use it she would appear to him.
...Since that encounter, he's decided to save it for when he'll really need it, and in the meantime tried to forget that ever happened. Something about the surrealism of that experience and having a child turn to be a powerful legendary makes him feel very uneasy about it. However, he's unaware of the mythos surrounding Jirachi, so he remains oblivious to the true nature of the strange Callisto.
Though these two have never met in person, Aruza has clear feelings for Callisto, and those are strong feelings of hatred. Callisto may not be xyr mortal enemy like Yve is, but Aruza can admit she is worse than her on some levels; after all, she brainwashed a large number of the population and disrupted the happy life Aruza and Laomi were having together, forcing them to go into hiding out in the woods to escape the chaos of the world. Aruza was beyond relief when it finally ended and Callisto was put away for good.
...Only to have recently learned that she's no longer done for and has escaped her imprisonment. Though Aruza is too occupied with Yve and xyr promise to Laomi to return to her to properly worry about Callisto, xe would gladly participate in the large manhunt going on for her if xe was able to. After all, Callisto is largely overdue for a punch to the face from xem, type disadvantage or not.
Most of what Sulfia knows about Lukas is that he's the very definition of the strict and no-fun student president. Her only interaction with him ended in an encounter that turned into her and one other student being belligerent and insulting to him, though she mostly watched and laughed rather than directly participate. She has it in her mind to avoid him since he'll probably try and bust her for breaking all kinds of rules, but she does also note that he seems to be without friends due to his law-upholding nature. She kind of feels bad for him, but at the same time, it's his own fault, and she thinks if he would just relax, people would actually like him.
CeCe is another friend of Myla's, who she met during a week where everybody changed species, and CeCe was trying to understand their newfound glitching powers as a Porygon-Z. Having been a Rotom with similar powers before the change occurred, Myla offered to try and help them out with their powers, only for her instruction to make them short out their phone. But CeCe realized there was a benefit to making technology malfunction, and ended up glitching out a vending machine filled with candy, causing it to spill out all of its contents. Myla left for home that day with a stash of candy that she carefully ate at a slow pace for the next couple weeks.
And in the spirit of sugar, the next time she ran into them they were selling cakes at a festival in Fairy Vale, and after buying a slice, she ended up spending the rest of her time there with them, playing fair games and winning a fair amount of tickets.
But the most impactful meeting between these two had to be when they went on an adventure to the Rain Islands together, an adventure that ended in ancient temples with traps and Myla accidentally electrocuting CeCe, something that took a while to leave her mind. In the end, everybody got out okay and no long-term damage was sustained, and Myla is expecting to find herself on another cute little adventure with them next time they meet.
Myla doesn't know anything about CeCe's con artist nature, and simply assumes them to be a sweet and upbeat person who's fun to be with in many situations. She enjoys her time with them for the most part, and that's enough for her to want to keep being able to build on their experiences.
A Small Friend of hers, whom she is one day destined to become the grandmother of (I want to believe....)
Irving and Laomi met when she called in to have her dishwasher repaired and this Small Green Child showed up; dismissing the strangeness of it (as well as his tendency to swear whenever surprised), Laomi gladly invited him in and held a conversation with him as he repaired the dishwasher, making morbid jokes and discussing work and even growing sprouts together on the side of a mug that she had served him tea in. It was a memorable and unique experience for her, but she unexpectedly found him again at a farmer's market event, and wanting to make conversation with someone she recognized, went to socialize.
Though she initially thought he didn't want to talk, the two ended up exploring through the market event together and chatting it up all the way, until their little adventure took a serious turn when Irving indirectly admitted to her that his parents were deceased, prompting Laomi to confess the same with hers. After a little heart-to-heart about the nature of letting go, they both decided to leave, with Irving offering to walk her home.
Though Laomi enjoys talking to and making jokes with the child, (who she is unaware is eighteen and therefore legally an adult) and empathizes deeply with the problems of being left without parents to fend for yourself, she has also taken notice of his apparent behavior problems and the signs that he doesn't keep secrets well, which, while with what she knows of his situation she can't blame him for having the former, it also intimidates her on some level because those types tend to sting people. Still, he's but a troubled child in her eyes, so she hopes she can be a good influence on him through their little relationship.
Probably one of her last and most loyal followers. Aclyone has taken quite the shine to Lise, but not in the way she would like. In a way, she sees her like a daughter. Definitely someone to protect. If anyone were to harm her, there would be dire consequences.
If mom ever asks about grandkids, she's her go to.
