Flat price Toyhouse theme commissions?

The main reason I stopped doing code commissions was because figuring out custom prices was so hard, it was never clear to me how much a 3-column 4-tab layout with a moodboard space should cost, when that prompt can be realised a hundred different ways. But what if I just...set a flat price? I really enjoy working with HTML/CSS and would like to do it more, so...flat price $30 for profiles with a visual mockup, and $40 for without a visual mockup? I just want a reason to make more profile themes 😭

How long does it take for you to make codes like that? I'm hesitant to say if the price is too high or too low since idk what it'd look like. I've gotten custom code before and I paid the coder $65 for 5 hours of work (I know it's a bit low 😅).

Good question - maybe 1-3h per custom on average. But they can take longer if they're really complex, like that Windows 95 one that I was working on a while back. It's just hard to tell how long a code custom will take based on the description / mock-up lmao

I suddenly had an idea for making TH themes in an interface where you can edit the content and HTML independently but maybe I will think harder about it first. I know something like that already exists but I will have to see what it actually does.
