rules

1. comment saying that you want to join & any extra ticket requirements
2. the winner may edit slightly, but must keep them in the species!!
3. the winner must have a toyhouse to transfer to and join the Kittybot Commons world (membership not necessary to enter)
4. any previous KB raffle winner cannot consecutively win another raffle
5. the winner gets an unwatermarked version along w/ the design's toyhouse profile
