Need help recalling a animated movie I remember seeing a few times when I was a child that came about when I watched Lucky and Zorba due to it being in a similar artstyle. It was a Christmas themed movie, and the main characters were toys. The few characters I can remember was a stuffed yellow dog, a wizard figurine, toy soldiers (not the military ones, but those that have tie to the holiday), and another figure who was a train conductor who was inside a train.
I believe they had to save Christmas from the main villain, he was fat and looked like an old man dressed in black clothing, and wore glasses along with having I believe a grey moustache and black hat. Since it had the same style as the other one mentioned, I know it's an Italian film.
Scolipedede I think I may have found what you're looking for! I found an Italian Christmas film called "La freccia azzurra" which apparently means "How the toys saved Christmas." There's a stuffed dog and other toys along with a villain that seems to match your description pretty well.

Okay uh here's another one. I didn't get any responses from my previous post (Tho you can help me on that one too).
Back in 2014, I watched a movie that featured a tabby cat as the lead character (His name is Thunder I believe), and the main antagonist is allergic to cats. All I remember was that Thunder was rescued by a magician somewhere in the beginning/middle of the movie, and I think the main antagonist wants to get rid(?)Â of Thunder, since near the end of the film, he had like a huge protective suit that makes him immune to his allergy. There were other characters, such as a rabbit/mouse duo, and a pair of white doves, but I don't know what the rest were supposed to be. My memory is really faded.
