i LOVE character design!!! its so fun and i love seeing what other people come up with its enough to have me foaming at the mouth

[Flight Rising ramble] I’ve been bothered by my custom progen’s colours for a while, finally bit the bullet and scattered her but I hate her new colours even more. :’) At least with glimmer/gloom treasure grinding is easier now so she won’t be on that combo for long.

bc at least then i wouldn't be staring at my character lists for half an hour debating on who i should get a commission for 😭 like 'this character is ur fave and already has a lot of art, get one for this OC here who only has two in his gallery' 'ok but what abt this OC u haven't done anything w/ for awhile - she deserves smthn right?' 'get a commission for a character u have trouble drawing urself'
ultimately it always ends like 'or just get it for ur fave again that's fine'
i've only been 20 an hour but i can't help thinking like... while i might not have gotten my teenage years bc of a controlling mother, maybe now i can start fresh and try living a little :0
i'm tryin to be positive w/ the whole 'live in the present not the past' thing so we'll see how it goes

I keep having this weird dream about a block of wood zooming in and out. I've had this dream on and off since I was about six. It's weird, lmao
Ôkami used to be my favourite game growing up but now replaying it I'm mostly just.... meh. Like it's fun enough but it feels oddly clunky and idk if it's the problem with the PS4 port (I know some things from PS2 version are missing like getting demon fangs from load screens with paws) or just between my ears but it's bumming me out a bit to see I definitely enjoyed it more as a kid :( That being said though it's still a gorgeous game and such an inspiration and for its time it was really special and I truly appreciate it for that
I am reminded that Super Doll Licca-chan exist and it's truly one of the most underrated 90's anime out there

After finding I hadn't been sticking to my own canon I started writing out timelines for my plots properly. I have less material than I thought I did and for historical stuff it's mostly dates of battles my characters took part in. I'm actually kinda surprised? It always felt like I had loads of ideas to work with when kicking ideas around whilst daydreaming.
